Some of the things in the room were not functioning right. Like the bathroom knob, it wasn’t turning on all the way, so the water wasn’t coming out the handle completely.

They had party's downstairs and the music was too loud .Plus, when you walk into the hotel, the smell of pot is so bad.

Loud music being played outside window.(not a reflection on property) was taken care of.

When I first walked through the door it smelled really nice. Roger at the front desk was exceptional. He is wonderful at customer service. We had an issue with someone playing loud music right outside our window around 11 pm. We phoned down to front desk and Roger took care of it. The room was clean and spacious.

The only thing was in the morning I wad checking out, my keys stopped working to get back into the hotel and my room and I had to get another set.

I thought it was in a great location and the room felt very cozy and comforting to stay in.

The first room we had was right above their "meeting" room (for lack of better word) and there was a party going on down there on the second night of our stay. We got back to the room with our 4 month old around 7 pm and we're told the party just started and was going until about 1 am. The music literally shook the walls. They generously moved us to a new room on the 2nd floor as far away as possible which was super quiet but the full sized beds in that room were really uncomfortable

The king bed in our first room was extremely comfortable and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was, for the most part, like any other but they also had scrambled eggs and bacon! The staff was very friendly and super accommodating. We asked for a new room on our second night due to the fact our first room was located directly above the conference room where a big party was taking place and the music was literally shaking our walls. We got back to the hotel around 7 with our 4 month old and asked to be moved. Within 15 mins we were in a room on the next floor up all the way on the end of the hotel and couldn't hear a thing

In the back entrance into the hotel, two/three homeless men were living back by the shrubbery/hedges.

Room was clean. Some small stains on rug. But other than that it was a comfortable, clean room. The front desk person was very nice and helpful to us. (I think his name was Charlie). The hotel had a buffet breakfast with the typical breakfast choices. Hotel staff kept the dining area very clean. Coffee was made available throughout day and night. In the back parking for entrance into back doors into hotel, there was some shrubbery/hedges with two or three homeless men living there.
