Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The indoor pool was freezing cold and The hot tub was not working.
The location was excellent right near the mall and Hobby Lobby and restaurants.

Stayed for Three days. The room was NEVER made up once and they snuck on a $2.50 safe charge a day. I got my $7.50 credited bacl to my account.

The curtain looks like it hasn't been washed for a long time with noticeable stains and the top cover has icky white dried gooey that makes you think of something nasty. Maybe it's nothing but you definitely know it hasn't been cleaned in a while and one of the pillows has a thick curly hair. Housekeeping staff needs more training or guidance I think.
Staffs are friendly and breakfast was good with freshly made bacon, scrambled eggs and cheese omelet. You can make your own waffle also. Over-all breakfast was satisfying.

First night there, the water only got to luke warm even after letting it run for 5 minutes. Pillows weren't firm enough Beds were too high for short people with handicaps to get into easily. Our room was clean, but the trash cans outside the entrance was overflowing both days we were there

The pool was closed the first night, and the next night was open but the heater was out so it was cold. The workout room was not good.
The location was good. Staff was friendly. The room was decent size.

Pool was still under construction. We had stayed here two weeks earlier. Room looked nice but both of us woke up with some sort of insect bites (fleas???spider???) All over our neck, face and arms. Front desk seemed blazay about our report and no follow up. Glad the grandchildren were not with us.

Front door was broken, allowing cold air into the lobby, area and hallways. Still wasn’t fixed the next morning had to eat breakfast in our room. Temperature got down to 15°F.

Pool cold and cloudy, no spa, elliptical in gym squeezed and had these great pieces of weird rubber on foot pedals… key issues…
Breakfast-Awesome!!! Staff- Awesome!!! Clean, great comfortable beds and pillows!!! I was so sad spa is broken, pool was quite cold and cloudy, needed a pool shock to straighten out chemical balance in water, when pools are like that I don’t put my head under water because I get eye issues from off water… you guys need help in the elliptical, spa and pool arena. You were very tolerant of my gripping but offered no discount or refund. There was a key issue also but since y’all were so sweet and I have no valuables, S’ok, training was occurring so I understand. Super sweet staff, Sante Fe is a lovely community and Comfort Inn was very safe, clean and comfortable. Thank You!

Dining area is not large enough to accommodate many guests. If you come around 8am there are simply no tables to sit at so last day we didn't even bother and headed out to one of the great breakfast restaurants nearby. One toaster and one waffle maker only so there was a line for both. Coffee machine kept going out too.
Not bad overall. About 12-15 min from Santa Fe downtown. Rooms are clean and not much of a street noise. Staff was pleasant to interact. Ample parking available. Basic breakfast is just OK, nothing to be excited about.

I'm a Canadian and a big NFL 49er fan. I was super disappointed that there was only one game on they're TV and it wasnt the 9ers plus it was on a regular TV channel. They have no ESPN, Fox sports etc. Americas game and I cant watch NFL in the United States, very very unblieable to me. I must asume you get plenty of compliants about the lack of sport channels.
The breakfast was okay, and the hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable.
