Kayla was awesome. So friendly, polite and upbeat. She got us what we needed to be able to shower with a broken arm. She also made arrangements so that we could leave our luggage at the hotel when we went out after we checked out on our last day.

We had an added charge on our bill and nothing in writing nor were told what the charge was for. We think the $24.00 charge was for a front desk person had to come tinker with the TV.

Cleaning staff dressed well and kept the place clean and were friendly and nice. One lady at the front desk made the comfort inn.

We stayed in the second floor and I thought it was weird that you couldn't close the thick curtains all the way. We ended up using a hair tie to tie them together so we could have and feel we had privacy. Even after paying for your room. At the hotel we had to pay an extra and refundable $50 deposit. That's pretty standard at most hotels. But when we checked out. They said that we were getting $47 back. She then in a very condescending way, told me and pointed at all these signs that say that they would keep $3 fee for this. There's no reason for them to charge me .ore fees. I already paid a bunch of fees booking this room and it should at least mention that there would be More fees when arriving and paying this deposit. The accumulation of fee is getting ridiculous and if I would know what my total price would of been. Maybe I would of look at somewhere else.

Friendly staff. The room was clean. Breakfast was decent, basically what you'd expect; sausages, eggs, waffle maker, etc.. Lots of stores and restaurants around the hotel, including the bank we use back home.

Building quite old, and small inside of the room. Bathroom was very uncomfortable, but the hospitality of the staff compensates for that.

I liked the staff. They made one feel welcome. You felt free to ask questions. They were genuinely interested in why you needed to stay at their facility . Sometimes a reason for having to stay in a hotel is not for pleasure. We had an emergency, and they were very helpful in taking care of our needs. There was a free hot breakfast on top of all that. Much needed.hot breakfast. I would stay there again. Also I felt safe there which speaks volumes. Thank you. Carol Battaglia

The dining area was warm which didn’t made it as enjoyable as hoped for and guests we’re taking food to their rooms where it was cooler. This is truly the only thing I could think of that could be improved upon.

Front office staff, cleaning ladies, the breakfast worker/filler/keep it clean person we’re all friendly and it wasn’t for a show, they meant it. Waffles were amazing

The night audit employee did not leave a note for a late check out the following day, which caused issues with our stay the following day as the morning staff had no knowledge of the request from the night before. It is the little things that can cause a negative impact on a guest's stay. I would suggest having night time staff being diligent about making sure the they are communicating any requests to the morning staff to avoid confusion.

The General Manager was helping with the breakfast, very involved with guest services and had a friendly face. Very welcoming and friendly at check in and check out.

Room smelled weird, sink smelled really bad. Staff cleaned the room and sink but the smell came back after a few hours. It wasn't over powering enough to move rooms but the room really needs a deep clean and the drain in the sink needs to be checked.

Convenient location, great service, friendly staff. Breakfast was probably the best of any hotel I have stayed in for what it is. Overall the hotel is clean and well kept. Bed was super comfortable and plenty of pillows. Wifi was fast enough for me to conduct my business remotely. Lots of food and stores nearby.

The Wi-Fi signal was the main thing I did not like. That is really my only complaint.

The complementary breakfast was okay, the room was clean enough. After reading so many reviews for other places online I didn’t have high hopes but it was fairly clean. Would not mind staying here again over other motels.
