Our sheets had not been changed from previous guests. Jet tub was extremely loud. Door wouldn't shut properly. It looked like someone had pushed the window screen out. Light did not work in hall. Nothing major though except the dirty sheets and blankets

The staff was nice and it wasn't crowded or loud. Breakfast was ok. Beds were extremely comfortable though!! I loved the location. Plenty of food in walking distance. Convince store across the street.

The only things I didn’t like was the noise level and the smell of pot throughout the hotel.

The breakfast in the morning- the sausages were dry and had been sitting out a while, the coffee was terrible we went to a local coffee shop to get coffee The 100 dollar deposit has not been returned to my account 4 days after our stay- was told I would get it refunded to my account within 2-3 days.

I couldn’t locate a hotel manager or desk person at 3-6 am when violence was occurring outside of our room.

Water didn't stay warm, yub didn't train well, internet services was bad, TV worked half the time, had to use our phones to connect you use alot of your data and TV still goes out or freezes, our electronics half worked, housekeeping didn't come and clean the room while we were out, we had our own trash bags, breakfast was minimal.

Upon arrival to the hotel, there was a delay in checking in. Once we got up to our room, we found that some lightbulbs were out, no remote for the living room, TV and the microwave seem to be extremely old. The next evening we had difficulty in receiving towels to bathe and had to wait the following morning to receive only medium & big size towels due to face towels not being available. The hotel had a lingering smell of marijuana and questionable traffic.

The property was near the main highway, which offered multiple restaurants and easy access to the interstate.

Where to begin. The pool was small and not heated. The carpet is dirty and worn. In the hallway had a loose piece and you had to step over it or trip over. Breakfast was slim picking.

The covers had nasty looking stains, the sheets and bed covers were torn. Every time I saw the ladies on the cleaning staff they were using their cell phones. I can see why the carpet didn’t look vacuumed and the covers had nasty stains in them they were more concerned about their phones then cleaning. I will never visit this location nor my family we had 3 rooms and all were the same nasty.

Although the hotel was clean, it could use a makeover. The walls and carpet are outdated, the lighting is too dim in some hallways. Area was problematic outside the hotel.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Front Desk and cleaning crew were awesome. My room was fresh and clean. I felt safe inside.

The hotel was clean but is definitely is showing it's age, The hallway carpets are stained and worn.

The hotel was conveniently located near lots of restaurants, and just a few minutes drive to Truist Park and downtown Atlanta. It offered a great hot breakfast and was very reasonably priced.

They changed me too much for a week... And one of the faculty treatment toward me was bad during the continental breakfast.
