The water in the spa wasn't very hot. No other complaints.

The bed and pillows were nice. Lots of pillows! Plenty of towels. We had 4 hand towels, 4 wash cloths, and 4 thick, large bath towels. We were there for 3 nights, and getting fresh towels was not a problem. There was also in room coffee, microwave, and mini refrigerator. Great staff. Not far from the beach and shopping. Breakfast was very good, offering hot and cold healthy choices. There was something different each day. There is also a pool and spa. They are also pet friendly. We have stayed here before and will definitely be back.

There's a light/ alarm at the right side corner of the window that was blinking all night. Also, the carpet was dirty, and the toilet tank was cracked (safety hazard). Pool need to be cleaned more often (chemicals)

The elevator doors closed with my 6 old on it alone. I was not happy being he was on an elevator alone . I tried putting my hand to stop the doors from closing but they almost closed on my hand. This definitely needs to be addressed!

Payment was tied up because I couldn't use my mobile wallet and tap to pay on arrival. Wi-Fi and appliances are kinda dated. There was a smart TV, but it was locked to local cable.

It wasn't hard to find, or difficult to park. There was a good selection of breakfast items. Room service seemed consistent. Patient staff. Good local food options.

Ice machine was out of order and had to go downstairs, Needs update, small pool, hour tub wasnt working but not a deal breaker. Don't let this stop you from staying!

Our room faced an unpaved, un-landscaped area, but the view was not the issue. The hotel is in a relatively high traffic area, which gave me some concern about my car sitting in the lot. I am aware that cars left in open lots at hotels are frequent targets of burglars (or thieves) and removed all valuables, but it IS always a risk. I would have loved to be able to look out my window and see it in the lot. An acceptable alternative would have been to park it under a light in the existing lot, but there were very few lights in the parking lot (though there were more in the handicapped parking area.) Ultimately I just found the best spot I could and crossed my fingers. All turned out well

It would have been nice if they had had a hot breakfast. Evidently they don't have it on the weekend. They do not tell you that on the app. The grab and go was fine, but i would have liked to have known that is what is served on the weekend when i booked it.

The bed was comfortable! It was plenty big for our family of 5. The weather had caused some of the electricity to be out. We only had half pf ours working on the room. We were warned of this when we checked in, and the other half came back on within a couple of hours. It was also nice that they are pet friendly.
