Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Only one soap bar for hand washing and shower. The phones were not working and only one small trash can in the bathroom and no trash can in the bedroom. The restaurant also was closed.

that i was charged for drinks that i did have but they were not put on my tab when i paid. they followed me outside like i was trying to get away on purpose when it was their mistake.

Every interaction with crystal at the bar was painful, not very approachable, seems like a bother anytime you asked for anything. Marco at the front desk was helpful Parking garage is very small (I understand it can’t be changed, will factor into my next stay here) My biggest gripe was the price $185.00 with taxes and fees for one night, for the property condition, room setup and cleanliness level there was much left to be desired
Property closes proximity to the bay front was nice, ocean view was nice to have.

When I checked out, after my two night stay, I was given a paper bill that I reviewed, looked accurate. After I arrived home, I reviewed my credit card actions with my issuer via computer. There were two charges by Holiday Inn that totaled more than the receipt I was given. The following day I was intending to call Holiday Inn. I brought up my credit card record on my issuer's website so I could be accurate when I called. Surprise, the previous day's recording of two charges was gone and one charge matching my paper receipt was there. I was aggravated for a short time but now relieved. All OK.
The room that I reserved was not available according to the desk staff. I arrived around 4pm. They said there was another room available at the same price. It appeared to be the specifications I requested; so good. The unit was clean and that is my main interest. The staff were polite.

The hallway smelled like urine, strongly. We had to go to the gift shop (we're on 15th floor) to get ice because the ice machines were down and nobody let us know. We tried a few floors before we found out.
The location was great. Did was ok. Didn't get acknowledged by our waitress for several minutes when we were seated but she was OK.

Walked in last minute. First Lady at the desk said they were full but my 2 booking apps said they weren't. Another lady, Ariel, took over. Not only did we get a room she made sure we got a view room on the 16th floor. The young man who checked us in when we returned was also really nice. Customer service is alive and well here! Great stay, great staff.

Shower head was terrible. Door to the balcony was very annoying with the wind whistling through the door. The tub didn’t drain properly. Entry light was hanging from the ceiling. Just seemed that maintenance was very lacking. TV remote didn’t work consistently.

I live in the city where I booked this hotel. My wife and I wanted a get-away, and to relax around a heated pool. I called the hotel prior to booking the room to confirm their indoor/outdoor pool was heated, which I was told was case. So, I booked the room, and to my surprise, the pool was ice cold when I went to lounge there. I would have booked a room with someone else if I knew this - very disappointing. They also charge $15 a day to park in their hotel garage.
The staff were friendly, and the facilities were very nice.

The Wellness Area was not what i expected .Sauna and Indoor Pool was very dirty, windows need to be cleaned again.
