To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOur room smelled very bad upon arrival. I purchased car air fresheners at the gas station to help relieve the odor. The carpet was VERY stained and looked dirty. We didn’t have enough towels/wash cloths in our room. We asked for more, and were told they were “in the dryer” 4 times in 2 hours before we finally received towels after 8pm. “Breakfast” left a lot to be desired with very small selection.
Location near the highway and downtown Columbus was good.

I like the location, it was close to a bunch of food and gas stations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

United States of AmericaThe smell of the room.( the smell was like old butt) And there was a smell of weed in the hallway. There was no chairs by the pool area. No wash clothes in the room. And the room felt unclean. I ran out bought cleaning supplies my room to feel clean.

United States of AmericaThis is our second time staying here. The first time, I was like ok it's ok. Now I don't think I will be back. The pool was closed down, didn't have a coffee maker, sent them a text as they said we should, and never got a response. Went down for breakfast, and the waffle maker was not in service, and the coffee was made, but no cream or sugar was available. I'm not sure we will be back. Will do some looking around.
Like that it is close to the highway.

United States of AmericaWe only had the remainder of a toilet paper roll in our bathroom without any extras on hand. There were no tissues in the room, too, which sucks during allergy season. The doors to the main bedroom of the suite didn't close.
Staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good. That's about it, unfortunately. It was adequate for a one-night stay and we're glad we weren't staying any longer.

United States of AmericaThe first night we arrived the hallway outside our room smelled horribly of weed. It was so bad you could even smell it in our room, but it was late and my young daughter just wanted to go to bed so I let it slide and just dealt with it for the night. The next morning the hallway just had a nasty smell to it. However when we came back that evening the smells were gone and we didn’t experience anything bad the remainder of our stay. I had mentioned it that morning just to let the staff know there was a problem the prior night. The rooms could use some good deep cleaning and possibly having the carpet replaced just as routine upkeep as they were a little stained and needed some TLC, but this does happen overtime.
Location was great. Didn’t have any major problems while there for our 4 day/3 night stay. Breakfast attendant was friendly every morning. The few front desk attendants we encountered were also friendly and helpful. My daughter loved the pool even though I thought it was a little chilly. Even though we were close to the airport I didn’t have any trouble with noise issues. I also liked that housekeeping doesn’t come everyday for overnight guests, it makes me feel more comfortable than worrying about someone going through my personal space.

United States of AmericaWhen checking in, I was told it was a non-smoking facility. However, the whole building reeked of marijuana smoke ….all floors……24/7. There were lots of children around. This was horrible to know they were exposed to the smell. The towels were low quality and not enough provided. I requested two from the front desk but never received. No tissues provided.

United States of AmericaKind of seemed like the place was struggling financially based on the extremely skimpy breakfast offering, the tiny bath towels, the sparse gym equipment and the general cleanliness of the place. I would not blame this on any of the staff, but the owner-operators. It was clear the staff was trying with what they've been given to work with. Any issues we had, the staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with. This seemed to be a top down issue.
We were in town for the Arnold Fitness Festival and needed an affordable place close to the convention center to lay our heads at night when we weren't competing in or exploring what the festival had to offer. The bed was comfortable and the deluxe king room was very nice. The staff was also great considering the madness and the Karens that come along with demanding tourists during a festival weekend.
