So clean & beautiful view!!!

I did reservations online for a king bed room and when we checked in we were not told you over sold king bed room until i got to the room and i got two queen bed room and paid the exact same amount. I mean i should have been informed at check in and not when i got to my room and also when i called about it told me it would be cheaper but it wasn’t.

The restaurant had great food and service. The room was clean and roomy.

The location is superb. Beautiful lake view with walking areas, infinity pool and lots of great food both in the hotel and within walking distance.

The room was surface clean. On the balcony there an old beer can that had cigarettes in it. The sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced. It was very dirty and stained, so we just used the sofa as a bed instead. The bathroom was pretty clean, but the shower walls needed a better scrub. There was something that looked like blood on the wall. The room itself was good, the deadbolt on the door to the balcony was finicky, but nothing major. A one off I am sure, I prefer the Marriot brand of hotels.

First time staying at this hotel, and I will say this is one of the better hotels to stay at in the city. Check in staff was great. He was very friendly and courteous. The balcony was nice, it had two chairs and a small table. It would be a nice spot to have morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The balcony faces the bay and is away from the road, so it was quiet. Used a rollaway bed and it was what you would expect. It was clean and my son found it comfortable.

The elevators require key cards and it got super annoying, and I thought we booked a hotel with free breakfast, this hotel does not have free breakfast. That’s my fault though for not paying enough attention.

That there was no hot coffee after 10:30am lol that’s it the rest outweighed that though!

We planned a staycation for myself my partner and our three children. They were so accommodating and more than helpful. Anything we needed they didn’t hesitate to assist us with. I was beyond pleased and we will be coming back !

Two little things. The parking was more expensive than I thought it would be . . more than I pay for a day in downtown Pittsburgh. The side door when you bring in a luggage card did not have an automatic opener. Makes it a challenge when you are trying to get a full cart in and out of the door by yourself.

We got a bayview room and the view was incredible. The hotel is great with modern amenities and design. The staff did a very good job. It was also nice to have a breakfast place and a hotel bar for an evening drink.

The extra charge for parking. The bed seemed a little old.

The location, the view, the staff were excellent, the bar and grill was very good and a great place to meet up with rest of group. The workout room was good.

The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable

The staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, loved that there were eating options in the hotel. The pool was great! And the access to the convention center was great.

They allow pets, and we genuinely had to listen to a dog bark off and on ALL night. We called the front desk around 6am and they said they would send someone up, but the dog continued to bark all morning. We were supposed to be celebrating our anniversary and ended up getting very little sleep. And not in a good way!

Your 'queen' beds are actually 'full' beds and you shouldn't advertise them as queen. They were very crowded with just the two of us in it. Also, the blankets BARELY fit the bed. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable as well.

I'm not sure I understand why my bill for 1 night was 190.00 more for 1 night vs the amount I signed up for. The room wasnt that good to pay and extra 190.00 on top of the 303.00 per night.

Staff was not clear regarding where pool was and how to get go it. Kinda confusing to get to. Did not give map out for property to find more efficiently
