Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The carpet in the Hotel's hallways and bedroom needs upgrading. My room was very stuffy even with the air on. The sink in my King room was stopped up. It had a very slow drainage problem. The house keeper never came by to bring fresh towels or to tidy up during my two day stay neither asked if we needed anything.The vending machines are too pricey. I spent over $4 on just a bottle of water of which I could have bought a whole case cheaper than that from Walmart.
The bed was so comfortable. It was decent room but I expected more for the price. I enjoyed seeing my name on the TV saying welcome.

The pillows are so soft, kinda like it more firm
Jackson, the staff member is kind and accomodating. The hotel is appropriately well kept. Marriott lives by their standards of class and value for money

Nothing not to like
The staff was so nice. Beds were comfortable rooms were clean. Easy to get to from i95. Shopping right there. Speedway and airport next to us.

The outside looked very old and unkept. We thought we were going to have to find another hotel but we are glad we went in to look inside and found priceless gems, the people and the facility was very clean.
The staff was exceptional from the moment we arrived, we meet Kimberly who was very welcoming and assured me that I would be pleased with our accommodations. I was concerned because the building from the outside did not look too pleasing. It looked very old and worn but the room was nothing like the outside. Just as Kimberly stated the room was clean, modern and welcoming for our family of 4. She also arranged for us to stay in our rm an additional day with a great rate. She was very informative and helpful. We also meet Jeanine who completed the next day registration. She made us laugh and made the process very easy. When leaving we meet Hei who was also very friendly and personable. They make you feel welcomed which was important since we were there due to our family being on life support at the hospital. Thank you all for your kindness.

The sliding door my wife was not able to get open I had to do it. And somebody kept running through the hallway pounding on the door.
The hotel was very nice and friendly and the place was very clean and looked like it was pretty well maintained.

This hotel does a poor job with explaining their ADA rooms. I needed a room with an ADA bathroom. Upon booking my room, I saw pictures with walk-in showers and toilet. Upon check-in, we were told they only offered rooms for the hearing impaired. So this hotel basically is not in compliance with ADA laws, but they also lie by omission. Their breakfast options are expensive. $5 for a muffin was a bit excessive. There are no free breakfast foods, free coffee, free mints..free nothing. The restaurant, bar area, and lounge section is one big room.
The place was clean. Friendly staff who were always pleasant to interact with. Linen and rooms were clean and fresh. The bathroom was clean, and the location to the airport was great. The pool area was clean. Going during July, the water was always nice and warm.

our room smelled like a boys locker room. the last Marmot in Miami that I stayed at had the same smell. so we spent our downtime in the lobby area.
HOSPITALITY from all the staff members. they were thankful we were there and caring in our needs. trendy decor, comfortable furniture and beds. good food.
