I was very disappointed with the accessible bathroom. I was expecting what I’ve seen in many other hotels, a walk in shower with a bench. Instead there was a bathtub with hand rails that my elderly father couldn’t sit down in. Also, the hotel cafe was outrageously expensive. Items there cost more than at LAX.

Perfect location, central to everywhere we needed to go with great options for food right next door. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Parking was easy.

The cell service didn’t work on our phones. Maybe because of being so close to airport. Couldn’t get or make calls in the room at all.

Very convenient location, comfortable and clean facilities. It was a Christmas Day visit so kitchen was closed but that was fine. There's Starbucks coffee available in the the lobby; and, a regular Starbucks store across the parking lot.

No breakfast included. I believe there was a price for parking included in the hotel cost. We stayed two nights. I expected someone to come and at least make the bed and check to see if we needed more coffee. Also, to check if there were dirty towels that needed replacement.

Friendly staff. Good location. Clean room. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to several stores including Whole Foods. Several restaurants within walking distance. Coffee in the room.

Did not have breakfast on the premises due to the limited hours the Bistro was open as it closed too early in the morning. The room itself was nice, practical, and comfortable. The hallways and parking lot were a different story. The hallways felt too hot and during our stay half of the building/elevator was inaccessible due to the ongoing remodeling/construction going on in the second floor which then spread out to the lobby area. We were limited to use only one elevator at one end of the building which oddly enough was being used by the construction crew to haul debris out of the building. The laundry room was closed due to water damage caused by a broken washer. The front parking lot was always full causing us to use the rear parking lot that was overrun by construction/moving trucks that sometimes blocked the safe exit from the lot. There was a lot of old furnishings being hauled away from the hotel that spilled into the parking area. The front desk staff was not helpful despite repeated requests to obtain connecting rooms for my children during our six day stay.

The rooms were nice, modern, well-designed and practical. The beds were comfortable. The cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating.

There were quite a few times that my smart phone would have no service. I asked why that was and I was told because of the location of the hotel and airport proximity.
