The more we stay, the more the facility seems to run down. On this visit the carpet near the entry doors and elevator area was dirty and matted looking. The hallway had a "dirty" smell. Our room was comfortable and clean, but when I went to shower one of the dispensers had a nasty substance akin to dirty ear wax on the top of the pump. It made me wonder if these small items are ever cleaned or even wiped down at all, since the TV remote was dirty and sticky to the touch. It turned my stomach. In addition to these items the price has gone up over $30.00 since our stay in October of 2023.

We've stayed here several times for my husband's doctor's appointments. The location is perfect. It's near restaurants we like as well as a couple of miles from his Neurologist.

The TV is not infront of the bed which makes it difficult to watch the tv.

As we expect with Marriot - the room and property were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient.

It was spendy for what you got. There was no vending machine and no microwave in the room. No breakfast. Also there was an airport really close because we heard a lot of planes, like they were landing in the parking lot loud. If I could change anything about my trip I would have stayed closer to downtown and just paid the extra for the valet.

It was clean and we all slept well. It was pretty easy to find, there is a little sign and that was helpful. The beds are very soft.

Breakfast was not included and the $8.00 daily fee for parking thou that fee is much less then the hotels charge at the riverfront or the historic area.

Problem with billing—I paid through Booking.com but was also billed by the hotel when I left. I got this fixed, but if I hadn’t noticed, I would’ve been billed twice.

There were some odd wet spots on the carpet in the room. There was some strange $5 bottle of water in the room for no apparent reason except to bilk the customer. Hallways have a distinct odor that is odd.

The room was clean and kept very cool. Had enough seating areas and a very large TV. Bathroom was equipt with soap, shampoo and conditioner in shower. Clean.

i did not like the fee for incidentals or for daily parking.

the room was very comfortable and for the most part clean. the pull out sofa bed had strange specks and hairs on the sheets so my son had to sleep on top of the sofa. he is tall so that was not comfy for him. the bed was very comfy. check in was easy

Having to pay for parking in a hotel parking lot. I think charging $8.00 a day to park in a hotel parking lot is asking a lot on top of the room rates. Especially since it wasn't valet parking or even a parking deck just a normal parking lot on property.

Even all the nice features the price per night was too high and to pay $8 per night to park in a common outdoor parking lot in a suburban location was a first for me and looks bad on your business ethics and model for where this hotel is located.

The in-house restaurant was nice along with bar. Nice updated atmosphere. Clean room.
