Sliding door to balcony was slightly broken.

It was a little pricy. A heated pool would be nice.

Everyone has an Ocean view. The bedding was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Parking was great. The breakfast buffet was tasty. Close to many places to eat. Would stay here again.

As big as the property is 2 slow elevators in the front of the building was alot especially when its crowded and everyone piled up in 1 area with luggage or wet clothes coming from the pool. It was always a puddle of water on the elevator. The bathroom near the elevator needed a good deep cleaning as well as the indoor pool. I didnt like how the front desk would have to leave the front to assist at the starbucks.

My one and only complaint is only having one parking spot available, which I get having one parking spot per room makes sense. But our room slept 6 people so there’s no way we were only bringing one car with us.

The pool was nice, However, there was never a chair to sit in. People came when it opened and put thier towels down and left and went to beach only coming back at least a few hours later. The chairs sat empty for that long. There was no microwave in the room. There was no utensils or coffee cups. I really expected more from a Marriott. We went to the store to get spoons to stir coffee and finally found that we had to go out of our room in the mornings to use a microwave. This we did not enjoy.

The indoor pool could have been cleaner, lots of sand on the bottom even when no one was there. Why charge guests daily to park at your facility? Other hotels / motels in the area typically do not for one vehicle.

Facilities were very clean and the staff was quite friendly. The outdoor pool was well maintained and inviting. Nothing lacking during our stay.

1 set of elevators (2) for the entire hotel was pushing in this very busy season. Long lines and break down of 1 elevator caused many to take the stairs (8 flights for us).

Check in was handled very professionally and compassionately. Me/family and daughter/family and had separate rooms booked. They got us close to one another on the 8th floor and I really appreciated that!

No major complaints here.

The room looked nice and the pull out bed was comfortable. The amenities were were clean and enjoyable. Staff were much friendlier than they have been in the past. Management seemed more customer service oriented. I appreciate their having cold water available all day. It made it feel much more like a resort rather than a hotel.

The breakfast buffet was average but with quite a price. It should have been included with the stay.

The location was exceptional! The Larger suite was spacious enough for us five with thoughtful details. The pools were so much fun and well maintained. There were several amenities offered on location. I really loved the 24/7 Starbucks.

Pool bathrooms need more attention. They were sooo Soo gross. Elevators are slow. Need more of them! Lobby could be bigger. Everyone was tripping over each other going in different directions when there was a line for the elevator. Someone was also smoking pot near us on their deck so we had to go inside a few times.

The suite was so wonderful for kids. So much space. Loved having room for a few groceries to be able to eat breakfast and lunch in the room. Loved the deck and ocean view. Bathroom was a good size. Loved the extra sink.
