The bed was not very comfortable. It felt like a spring or something hard was pressing into my hip. I used an extra light blanket to help with paddling. It seemed to help a little. BUT, I was NOT able to find a channel that would show the Phillies game, which is very hard to believe since they are the local baseball team. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THAT.

I had a meal at the bistro, Ian made a wonderful grilled cheese sandwich with fries that I really enjoyed.

In room a microwave would have been great, the bathroom was a little dated and the room just did not look the same finish and quality as the outside of the hotel which is excellent, maybe this is something that the hotel has plans to rectify in the coming months. The hotel was good, just maybe fell short of the Marriott brand in room.

We used the hotel as a base to visit the surrounding area of Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlantic City and Lancaster County. Additionally, we had family in the city of Wilmington so this location best served all these needs well. The outside of the hotel is very good, looking modern and stylish. The lobby is very good with a bar and cafe and a reception area. We found all but one member of staff amazingly helpful and friendly. The hotel has a small gym and pool and a nice outside area. The car park is large and there are good restaurants close by. The rooms are larger than we expected although for this larger size it was no more than a normal hotel room. I know the hotel does have suites and we kind of expected a little more facilities given the price point and it being a Marriott chain property. The bathroom was the most significant negative as while everything functioned perfectly, it did look a little dated. However, there was enough storage space and while we had a car park view the room was light. In addition, on the plus side, the in room air conditioning unit worked very well.

There was hair in the bathroom tub when I went to shower. The front desk did not mention if there was breakfast or how to connect to the wifi. Those things were not explained. Also, there is still a charge on my card that is pending.

The location was a bit far from the location of where I wanted to be. I was able to check in a bit earlier than expected.

My last night. Too much noise in the rooms and hallway around me. Several trips to the desk and a threat to call police before it ended, about 11:30 pm. I had to be up at 3:30 am, to drive 12 hrs. Was not happy. The rest of the stay was good.

The pool wasn’t available due to them saying it wasn’t inspected by the state due to covid which doesn’t make sense it was an in door pool and it had to be inspected for them to put it into the hotel when the hotel was built. Some repairs in the bathroom could be done like the ceiling in the shower. Towel bars could be closer to the shower once u step out.

Very kind staff and service. We like the manager a lot. He's outstanding. We're made to feel comfortable there. The morning staff were also excellent. The room was comfortable enough. Prices have gone up, but we think the Owners should compensate the staff- the workers- a living wage with reasonable work hours, health and other benefits. Set an example for other companies that should do the same.

Booked a king bed room with a sofa - prepaid. Due to United’s national ground order - I arrived a little later than expected. I was given the “last” room with a King bed- it was a handicapped accessible room with no sofa. This forced me to change location of a meeting on one of my nights there. Staff said it was due to my late check in - I prepaid ! Did not feel much concern /sympathy from on-site hotel staff

I initially booked this at a family members recommendation due to the location and it was supposedly remodeled. This property did not look remodeled on the inside. Upon entering the facility the pool was closed (and when asked it has been closed since before COVID) there was no continental breakfast, and the amenities in the rooms are lacking. The room contained 2 towels, (no hairdryer or microwave) a mini fridge and a TV however the TV was significantly small and the majority of the channels did not work. The hotel advertised access to Netflix, Amazon prime, HBO, and Starzs However none of the streaming services worked. Although the bed room was tidy the comforter was white and had noticeable discoloration (stains). Overall this was a disappointing stay. I had previously stayed at a hotel down the street a few miles that looked dumpy on the outside but had updated roomed that was cleaner and contained more amenities for a cheaper price than this hotel.
