No elevator worked and it needs alot of work done to the room painting was peeling

Room was not very clean and had a musty stagnant smell. We didn't have hot water 1 day and no water at all for 2 days.

All the staff but one was exceptionally nice and accommodating! Hotel was right on beach with ocean front view (which they upgraded us to when we checked in just because).

The outside of the facility was run down and not very clean. Our room had only 1 mirror, the one in the bathroom. The bed side table had lamps but they were not plugged in because there were no outlets on that side of the room, which was weird. There was a big fridge in the kitchenette but the a small mini fridge under the tv cabinet that wasn’t plugged in and smelled moldy. Not a big deal, but weird. There were also old pieces of artwork in the dresser drawers. A bit of TLC and this place could be fantastic!

The price was great. The location was great. There was beach access from the hotel and the hotel’s pool area was cute! The mattresses were actually really nice and comfortable.

Key cards didn't always work. We got locked out of the laundry room. We couldn't unlock the bathroom doors by the pool. The elevator didn't work part of the time and we were on the 4th floor. The kitchen had one spoon, one fork, one glass.

Fix the heat and update

The weather was not good. The office was not open at 8 am for us to check out, we had to leave a day early. The room was ok, clean but no guide sheet T.V. And the biggest thing, The heat did not work. On chilly nights it was not comfortable at all.

The shower water pressure was poor.

Just being oceanfront on a clean room was pleasant. The motel appears to be renovating but staff was nice and were able to accommodate me when a situation arose during check in. I would stay again for a solo date again.

We couldn’t get into our room for over 30+ minutes and were downgraded from a king to two full beds. And the room itself could’ve be cleaner

Room 404 had issues. The TV had both vertical and horizontal lines. The shower never got any hotter than tepid and was difficult to tell what setting was even selected. The desk was of a utility design with a swing-out feature, but had no power outlets available nearby (fortunately I had an extension cord in the car) which could have been easily solved by having the same lamp model as at the night stand. The light in the fourth floor elevator call button was "burned out" and the elevator is slow enough to cause concern that the call button even worked. I arrived well after normal check-in time and did not stay long enough to report the issues prior to checkout, so I can not assess if management would have been responsive to the issues or not

Easy to locate, on the beach access (although had to detour due to construction/repair). The room was clean and beds comfortable. Wi-Fi was strong. Full size fridge/freezer (checked cold) and stove (not checked) and kitchen utensils. The room met my needs as a quick overnight stop to sleep and catch up on-line.

Some repairs and upgrades are needed but nothing too extreme or unsafe for a property of its age at the beach. Took me only 33 steps from my room, and I was on THE BEACH👈 A large shopping plaza is 2 miles away that has all your needs. Publix, Dollar Tree, Belks, Nail Salon, Restaurants, Clothing, etc... all within walking distance if needed. Great location if traveling with children as there's 'No traffic' on this part of the beach. Several ocean treasures (shells) wash up every morning at or near this location as well. We'll worth the rate in exchange for the location and great customer service 🤗

Location, location, location! The staff are like friends you haven't seen in a long time. Wonderful customer service by all. Great place to relax and let all your stresses or worries blow away with the ocean breeze.

Elevator had black mold and missing tiles. Pool chairs were very dirty. Only one chair on the balcony and it was cracked.

Location was excellent. View was great. Beds were very comfortable.
