Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I was charged for a double bed but that was not available upon arrival. there was no answer at the front desk when I called 3 times for bedding for the sofa. The first room we were given was dirty upon arrival so we were moved to a different room.

The bed was like a rock. The pool noodles were pretty beat up and one of the overhead heat lamps didn’t work.
The staff were amazing as always. Everything was clean and tidy.

Had hair in the lav and shower. Just a strand each so not bad. Other than that it was a great place. Will definitely stay there again.

the shower water is BARELY warm. even all the way up you basically taking a Luke warm ( even chilly) shower!! otherwise an excellent room but this alone is enough to keep me from going back. it’s that unpleasant.

Need real creamer in the rooms, nobody likes powdered creamer. The overall cleanliness in the room and bathroom especially was lacking.

The only food available was vending machine or Starbucks, which has good coffee and notoriously bad food. Looking for breakfast we walked to a nearby shopping area which had several restaurants, none of which were open for before 11AM. Oh, and the bed was hard, the bedding wasn't warm and the heater was noisy.
The hotel lobby and rooms were attractive. View from the glass elevator was beautiful. The room was roomy, and the shower was great.

Sadly,and it's not really the property's fault, but their staff that ran the Starbucks and made the breakfast didn't show up. But that is all that was "wrong"
The room was comfy. The location was quiet despite being right next to the highway. It was centrally located for my trip. The pool and spa were clean.

carpet. I like places that do not have carpet - it always feels like it's dirty even when it's not. noise. I could hear people pretty loudly (louder than a lot of places I've stayed) even with all doors closed and a/c on.
clean and friendly, nice size room. Beekman's - yes please! balcony comfortable bed and pillows a/c actually worked. Most places make you think you're adjusting the temp, but you aren't.

Paid ahead breakfast we’re terrible - five selections from the snack market - 3 cereals: fruit loops, Raisin Bran, and Lucky Charms. No coffee, no toaster for bagels — pretty bad.

The front desk needs to be more professional. Also, I had a problem with my television, batteries in the remote were dead. I called to ask for batteries, it took way too long to bring them to the room. In addition, I had a bad iron, I asked for a new iron to be brought to my room. After waiting for an hour, I called the front desk and they said no one was in housekeeping for another hour. I wish I had been told that no was bring me an iron! Why couldn't the front get the iron??
