Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The lobby was beautiful. The staff were very friendly. They upgraded our room for free. The shower was amazing.

There was no water in the room. The coffee tasted very bad.
The room was good. Parking fees were very good and affordable. I didn't try breakfast.

The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable according to my daughter. But, for the most part it was not too bad. For three people we needed more than two towels and asked for extras.
Breakfast far exceeded my expectations. Teba who seated me was excellent she was my kindra spirit she interacted with myself and my family. I left with the satisfaction that I will come stay again sometime in the future.

A couple of the games in the game room didn’t work.
We like the pool, it was very warm. The staff were all very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Drapes were off the runner allowing light in Pool was hard to find and took several different elevators to get to. Easy once we figured it out though.
Convenient parking, nice sized rooms, smart shower and mirror (so cool), indoor/outdoor pool, free and amazing breakfast buffet!

Facility a bit outdated. Pull out bed was uncomfortable according to my son.
Nice town west of SL. Safe area good for family. Pet friendly. Staff was nice. Breakfast nice.

A bar would of been nice.
Pros: Everything was clean. Breakfast was very good and there was something for everyone. Parking was easy. The pool and spa was nice. The game room was fun, but half of the game were not working while we were there. King bed was comfy and the couch bed was big enough for the kids to sleep on. Cons: If you plan on having your kids sleep on the couch bed check it out before you unpack. The first room we were in the couch bed was broken. The staff fixed this by moving us to a different room with a working couch bed. We would stay there again!

We wanted to eat a little something for breakfast in our room while we continued to get ready for the day and assumed that would be possible. When I went to the dining area to grab some fruit or yogurt, etc., I was told that I couldn't take anything to our room and that we had to eat in the dining area. I wish we had been warned that this was the deal before it was too late.

Outstanding staff as always. Check-in is super easy. They are always professional & upbeat. This hotel & staff are the most understanding I've ever experienced. I am a frequent visitor, but I had to leave unexpectedly during my last stay after checking in only a couple of hours earlier. I had an emergency, I was in a panic, & the person who helped answer my questions over the phone was so patient & kind. I was an anxious mess. Just her tone calmed me a bit & I really appreciated her steadiness. In a scary, stressful moment, it helped me calm down before I got in my vehicle to drive all night to get to my loved one. Thank you to the person & to the entire staff for always being welcoming!

I didn't like that the breakfast was hard to get if you had to leave the hotel early. I also heard from others that stayed that you had to make a reservation to get the free breakfast or it would cost 12 per person.
The bed was super soft. The shower was quite nice! The parking garage was super convenient as well.

In the game room not all the games worked.
The hotel was nice an good location. The pool was actually heated which my kids loved.
