I was put in the middle of construction workers who were noisy in the morning and they had very loud vehicles. I should have been placed in a quieter location instead of being woken up at 4-5 a.m.

There was no phone in the room , no smoke detector . The cafe staff wasn't present for opening in the morning or afternoon. I sat and waited for at least 30min.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, the price was good , clean rooms and the laundry service was nice. A few things can be upgraded to the rooms and hotel overall .

I couldn’t sleep during the day time due to construction in the hotel. I had to move two different times because the tv weren’t working.

They ask you for $100.00 deposit and they charge it on the credit card. Be aware of that. Expensive for the type of hotel.

The hotel was clearly old, and a lot of that showed through even with the renovations. The walls were very thin and we could hear the people next door very well, which made it difficult to sleep. The water pressure was terrible in the shower and it was impossible to get a decent temperature. It was either scalding hot, or freezing cold.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were clean. I liked the touch mirror with the light in it and all of the easily accessible outlets for plugging things in.

One of the staff members that seem to have an attitude not very pleasing customer service or even tried to accommodate me although I went almost the whole week I was there without toilet paper.

Nice upgraded rooms that need minor fix. Unfortunate, though that I was out of toilet paper for 5 days had to use tissue in the box. It was a nice stay.

The tub wasn't very clean and in need of new showerheads. Soap was enough for about one shower. For that price one would have expected some type of breakfast although I was aware of this prior to booking.

The beds were actually new and very comfortable. To be fair the hotel room we got was in the midst of refurbishment. Becuase of this the headboards with lights were missing so the onlt light we had was from the bathroom vanity and one small desk lamp.

I booked a non Smoking room but was put in a smoking room. The sheets smelled like smoke. So it made sleep a little different but we were only there til 7am..

I booked this room on our way in . It's right across from family we arrived at 2am . The lady at the front desk was very nice. We arrived in the room and it was better than I expected.

Our rooms were definitely not cleaned well. They smelled horribly of mold and my mom has a breathing condition so that just made it harder for her to breathe while in her room. The attitude of every staff person except for one young woman who worked at night on Saturday 11/27 (mentioned above) was terrible. Maybe it's a sign of the location and people are just naturally short and dismissive. But I am not acclimated to being spoken to with such a manner. I felt like my needs did not matter and I was just an inconvenience on their very busy day. The biggest offender was a man who did not introduce himself nor did he offer any other help and made sure I knew he was not interested in what I had to say or what I needed. He was tall, thin, dark hair, and worked in the morning on Sunday 11/28. I asked if my mom's bag had been dropped off yet. Before I could finish my sentence, this person was saying no. Hadn't asked me any pertinent information about it myself, my mom, or the bag. He didn't even go behind the desk to see before he answered. And when the bag was delivered 2hrs later no one from the front desk called and let us know. But every other front desk person I spoke to offered to give us a call as soon as it arrived because my mom had important medication in the bag. This man did not offer to call and definitely did not lift a finger to do so either. I had to stop back at the front desk later on that evening to find that the bag had been delivered. While on the subject of staff, we waited over 15mins for a man to come out and check us out on Tuesday 11/30. It was about 3:30am as we had a early flight to catch which I made sure to mention when we checked in. While waiting in the lobby and knocking on the plexiglass divider several times and yelling hello to the back I started calling to see if someone could hear the phone they would come to the desk.

The location was good for our trip plans. The hotel is being remodeled I think so not many guests and it was pretty quiet. One staff member showed that she cared about an issue we were dealing with. She was young, black and blonde hair, thin and short, I believe she wore glasses. She worked at around 9:30-10pm when I went in to ask a couple questions.

The place is outdated, carpet is filthy and needs too be shampoo. The rate needs to be less than what they are charging for such an outdated motel
