You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaKind of a depressed area even though it was across the street from the Quad Cities Airport. (I didn't see or hear a single flight, not even a single airplane. Weird). The parking lot was full of construction trucks. Saw a few men after checking in but no women. Had no problems but woke up several times to the sound of slamming doors and loud talk. The room was good enough for a night's sleep. Bathroom was a bit worn.
I don't remember eating breakfast. Might have gone to Mc Donalds up the street. Probably sufficient. Easy to find.

United States of AmericaThe furniture looked soiled. The carpet had spots. The tub looked dirty but turned out it was the chipped paint/finish.
It was a "suite" that was essentially 2 rooms. They made one side the bedroom and the former 2nd room the living room with another TV, furniture, fridge, microwave and 2nd bathroom. The staff was nice.

United States of AmericaThe walls are very thin so you'll hear everything from your neighbors. It wasn't a big deal for me since I sleep pretty soundly but my wife is a light sleeper and she tossed and turned because the guy next to us was coughing and hacking all night. My advice is to bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.
The room was nice, I especially like the Pergo floors! No more stinky carpet smell! The breakfast was well stocked with lots of choices and was ready before 6 am.
