Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BulgariaThe Breakfast was just grab and go and did not satisfied us for sure. However the supermarket was just in front of the hotel. There was no cleaning for 4 days stay.
Overall satisfied for the money paid. Wireless connection was good. Parking was good. There is Thai restaurant in place which was good enough. We used the property for stay and travel to Bryce and Zion (both in 1h 20min) from it.

United KingdomIt felt a little odd that the reception/breakfast area didn't open until 9am. To be clear, that didn't affect us all (we had no real need to use either), but if you want a quick bite before hitting the road then this isn't the place to go for. Mind you, once you drive out and get going the US is hardly lacking in terms of diners/other places to grab that morning coffee/snack.
We were driving across from East to West and needed somewhere to spend the night. We picked Parowan simply as it was well-placed in terms of that much bigger journey. No disrespect to Parowan, but we didn't pick it on account of anything particularly appealing about the place itself. Given all of that, this hotel and indeed Parowan did what we needed it to. The hotel is pretty basic, but not in a way that is a problem. It's located about a mile or so off the interstate, but it was very easy to find. Parowan is small (3,000 or so residents) so no one will have trouble finding the place. I went for a run round the town in the morning, and it was actually really nice to watch a place waking up. Definitely a very different feel to that which you'd get in bigger places. The room was certainly clean and it ticked all the relevant boxes. The Thai food was very good indeed, and we would really recommend that people try that out. We ate our evening meal there and it was a welcome breath of fresh air after too many burgers! Value-for-money wise this hotel really do exactly the job we wanted it to.

United States of AmericaThey didn't have a cable provider so there was no TV which was a bit irritating when I just wanted to relax after a long day of driving. The rest was great though, so I would stay here again.
The room was very pretty and cozy. Felt clean and comfortable.

United States of AmericaThere was no wifi. The laundry room and cart were visible by the lobby, and there was a great deal of trash near that area as well. The store room was wide open and not nice to look at.
The facility was clean and had a great Thai restaurant attached. Grab and go breakfast was available on the weekend. It has a good location central to Cedar Breaks National Monument, Brian Head, and Bryce Canyon. There is a nice pool and cute wrought iron furniture for guest use. Rooms were good. The bed was fine. The price was good for what was offered. The room had a table with two chairs suitable for eating and work email. The bathroom was clean and acceptable.

United States of AmericaMain areas were clean like sink, toilet, tub and bed, but the overall room didn't feel deeply cleaned. I could hear other guests through the wall ie. babies crying and people up late talking. There was new staff one evening that I needing to have my room card re-keyed. They weren't the most professional and seemed more occupied with socializing with each other. There was another young man the following morning that was much for professional.
Cost was about right for what I expected; nice to have a fridge but didn't need it; there was no iron. The main areas were clean. Nice to have access to a pool. Location is great esp. not having options in Parowan.
