When I arrived, the owner just force us to upgrade our room with the excuse that king bed room unavailable. I booked it two weeks ago. The toilet is blocked, the owner gave me the pump, but it doesn't work. So the owner just sent someone to fix several hours later, without cleaning the toilet after unclogging. There is no hanger in the room, and no hanger in the whole hotel. I came here for ski, so I have to put clothes on the chairs. Breakfast only has limited choices, but it's ok considering the price.

Strange rules here just like a few other spots around here. They give u no normalcy at all, they treat u like ur a drug dealer or user, although it’s not the case w most people in the world. They aren’t lenient on anything except when it comes to receiving money, give them extra cash and they will let things slide that they normally wouldn’t let slide…then, they’re more likely to let things go!

Quiet and seemed like they keep it drug free, I hate being around a bunch of druggies.

There were cockroaches in my room. I killed a baby one and then a full size adult. It was disgusting. I have issues with bugs and I found it extremely triggering and disturbing imaging then crawling on my face while I slept or getting in my food.

The beds were comfortable. There was no breakfast even tho it was supposedly included.

No breakfast even though it’s advertised that breakfast is included

The staff were all lovely, a bit outdated how ever you get what you pay for. Only disappointing thing is that there’s in no breakfast provided even through it states breakfast is included in the price. I asked the staff member why they don’t serve breakfast, he said they haven’t served breakfast for four years. I told Him he needs to remove the breakfast included from their booking information, he said he has tried. I told him it is a false advertising. He said the price I paid is good value and then pointed to Denny’s and said we can have our breakfast there. He wasn’t confrontational at all, but I felt like it was no big deal to him. Pictures of the breakfast are still shown on the booking.com app. Other than that the rooms were basic bit comfortable enough.

It was a hang out place for the streets to meet. The access to the back door was constantly blocked and full of people arguing with the homelessness or random people just lurking. It was not a safe environment!

I am not sure which was worse the homeless in and out of the back door to do their laundry or the authorities and the guest vs homeless.

I booked this hotel cause it includes complimentary breakfast & pool. when we checked in everything was hold during Covid. I advised front agent they need to update their hotel information cause those are missed information.

The gentleman and checked is in was great later on a woman who was in charge was a total a****** I had heard rumors of them keeping your deposit but this time it was first-hand you're not planning on having any visitors at all or they will charge you and keep your deposit she was rude she hung up on the phone when I called her when I went in to talk to her you told me leave walked away and told me she was keeping my deposit and then she would never rent a room to me again totally unacceptable for this reason I would not recommend it he is not a pleasant woman to deal with whatsoever she will not talk to you she simply walks away or hangs up if you pay for additional guests and she keeps you deposit on top of that that is wrong he's very unprofessional with the exception of my experience with her the hotel was great for the price

It's a very nice Motel for the money it's clean for the most part the rooms are comfortable they're not outdated the AC's worked well that was nice

1. Breakfast was advertised but when we asked where and hours, we were told it wasn't available. Disappointing! 2. Advertised as non smoking property but there was a smoke smell in the checkin area and middle entry by the vending machines.

Rooms were very basic but clean. We requested a handicapped accessible unit and it was conveniently located.

They could offer breakfast. The female desk clerk could be civil. Booking.com needs to update their information on this hotel. The hall on the ground floor smelled of smoke.

You said there would be breakfast. They don't serve breakfast. Haven't for the last 3 years. But they were rude about. The one desk clerk said I could go elsewhere and she wouldn't change me for the cancellation. Sure! I want to go looking for a room in the dark in an unfamiliar city.

chemical smell to cover what seemed to be old nicotine smells, lots of weed smokers in the rooms spilling into hallway, place was not kept up really.....washer/dryer out of service, no breakfast although ad still said there was.....location.....

It was advertised as breakfast included. It was NOT. The woman behind the desk was rude and tremendously unpleasant. She asked if I wanted to cancel and go elsewhere. I just wanted the advertised breakfast. I recommended that they contact Booking.com. She said I could do it, but it doesn't seem that easy. They should not say breakfast is included when it hasn't been for THREE YEARS. I guess my complaint is more with Booking.com than with the hotel, but she could have been more polite. My "included" breakfast cost me $20. And I'm angry. Booking also asked if I wanted to upgrade to a room with a private bathroom for only ~$10. The room already had a private bathroom.

We were trying to decide which hotel to stay for the night and we choose the quality Inn because it was advertised there was complimentary breakfast but when i went looking for it the next morning, I was told that they no longer service breakfast and that where was a sign posted at the front desk but I was never told. SO that was very disappointing.

Staff refused to let me check in one hour early (2pm) even though my room was ready, unless I paid $25 extra. They also wouldn't hold my bag in a safe space, saying I could leave it in the lobby but they wouldn't recommend it. I've never been to a hotel so unaccommodating about arriving early. Neighborhood seemed kinda sketchy- there were characters hanging around the parking lot all hours of day and night. Wifi in my room was ok but not strong enough for a video call.

Room was simple but clean and comfortable. Really close to the Trax tram and buses to Solitude/Brighton.
