Lack of security. We came back one night and the doors were all unlocked and no one was at reception. Pillows are awful, would be nice to have a feather pillow option. Very low water pressure. Light from parking lot was overly bright in rooms facing it. TV upgrade to various streaming options would be nice. Plenty of space in the room for an arm chair, having only the bed and a desk chair to sit was not comfortable.

They did not release my deposit upon check out with no damages or issues during my stay. I had to call approximately two weeks later to inquire so that I wouldn’t incur interest charges. The attendant lied about the date of release & I’m still currently waiting on my AMEX to be credited back.

The neighborhood is not great, the road is fairely noisy.

Very clean and secure property with under the building parking, elevator. The premises are remodeled, room is large enough. Service was great.

The staff was very nice. The 4th floor room with a balcony was really pleasant, and the room was spacious. There was free parking available. We walked down to the beach for approx. an hour. I suppose it's not for everybody, but we enjoyed taking our walks.

We were placed in a room on busy street with There was loud traffic noise and a building light shining into in our room as we given a street-facing room. The interior rooms were probably considerably quieter and most likely empty as the hotel had low occupancy. Was this because we booked through internet and received a lower price? Not sure but we have to wonder because we discussed the rates with the front desk clerk when we arrived. We chose to book on our own for less cost.

Breakfast was very minimal. Granola bars, instant oatmeal and packaged rolls.

Only stay here if you like a firm mattress! I found the beds a little uncomfortable.

Really nice old school but updated hotel, gave me nostalgia vibes for vacations I took as a kid. Really lovely front desk staff, nice little breakfast, good-sized rooms, I was really happy with my stay here.

There was only 1 bedside light, no extra chair for a visitor. Barely space for us if we weren't in bed. My brother met us there, arriving before we did before dinner, and sat in the lobby where the desk clerk seemed to not be satisfied when he said "I'm waiting for someone." We tried to shorten our stay, but because we had used a 3rd party service to book the stay, there was no accommodation.

We liked a king-sized bed in a room with a window that actually opens to let in fresh air, and free parking. We didn't mind not having maid service for the few days we were there.
