We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaIt’s right next to the highway. We didn’t hear anything in our room but we were on the other side of the hotel, I think you would probably hear it from the other side. No vegan or gluten free options on the menu for the restaurant but there’s an amazing place.5 mile away that does both so we went out to eat.

United States of AmericaThe hallways are a little loud - doors slam, not much sound proofing, and there was a dog howling for some time - not at night, but still annoying. Nothing that will prevent us from staying again, but it may be bothersome to others.
Everyone from the person calling to confirm our reservation, to the front desk staff & luggage handlers, cleaning staff and breakfast attendants were all friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious - house made yogurt, pastries, and good coffee. Rooms are spacious - the orchid in the bathroom and the turn down service make it feel luxurious. Location is very convenient to Fairfield University. Will be staying again soon!

Service was excellent. Room was lovely; bed had extra comforter. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The downside was that you hear traffic. Also, they checked us out early and we had difficulty getting out of elevator. All in all, it is a lovely hotel!

FranceThe hotel was booked for my brother's wedding and he ended up getting the worst room in the hotel. The staff was not helpful nor cooperative and thus we all had to change rooms with the bridal party in order to give them a better room, when the hotel manager could have easily done so. If you count on good service, I would advise on going to a different location instead.
