We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I like the location, right off the turnpike, far enough from New York to be not so expensive

Even on our way to check in we had a few questions, no one picked up the phone. The fire alarms went off @ 2am we called down to make sure things were ok, no answer. Walked downstairs to a packed lobby and not one person could help us.
I love the modern chic look. Very luxury & upscale. I didn’t feel like I was in NJ. It felt like a resort.

United States of AmericaThe price was a bit on the high side for me personally, but most likely comparable to the area. The bathroom and air conditioner were a tad on the noisy side. Also, the drain in the shower was clogged, and the water accumulated, which I did not appreciate.
The room was spacious and clean. I did not use any of the amenities, so I can not speak to those. The hotel lobby is impressive, and all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaFor some reason housekeeping did not clean our room one day/night and I had to call the front desk three times between 6PM and 9PM in order to get someone to bring us clean towels and coffee. However, in the morning, the manager was gracious and apologetic about it, giving us bonus Bonvoy points and free breakfast to compensate.
Very clean and modern hotel. As with most Marriott properties it has been nicely renovated. A newly opened counter served cafe was a plus as we heard the property had no food/beverage services. Parking was convenient and plentiful.

United States of AmericaFaucet in bathroom sink leaked from the top so water had to be sopped up with a towel every time it was used. Room had 1 roll of toilet paper when we first entered and it was partially used. NO MICROWAVE in room and only 1 in the lobby for the whole hotel. Very bad. No hair dryer in the room, had to ask for one.
Breakfast was ok. Staff was very nice.

United KingdomBreakfast poor selection We were told our room would not be cleaned (during Covid this is our Company policy) however room was cleaned on first day. Staff appeared nonplussed they said it was as a favour for us! When we asked they turned it straight back to us and asked if we put a DND sign - these were not on our rooms. However since we were advised by email and displayed on the in-room TV screen on the welcome message we thought it would be a give!!
