United States of AmericaThe location is prime in regard to being close to everything BUT the traffic you have to face to get to the hotel THEN the people that blatantly REFUSE to left you cross the lane to enter the property, it’s stressful! The bathroom had a rusted/peeling drain in the tub. The water can’t be running in the sink while you’re in the shower or your shower will be cold. The bathroom vent was DUSTY. There was discoloration on the wallpaper in the bathroom. The elevators were rickety and the interior could have been updated as it too is peeling in some. I called and asked for an extra pillow and blanket, overnight staff informed me housekeeping would bring it up and they NEVER did. I waited for an hour.
The staff from the valet to check in was superb! Everyone met you with a smile and was willing to assist! Our view was nice. We saw a beautiful skyline. Our bed was soft.

United States of AmericaRead the fine print before reserving. Hotel offers free breakfast but then charges you $20/fee daily as a management fee. Scam! Also this property is in desperate need of renovations. Everything is old and cracked.The towels and shower were absolutely terrible. The restaurant food was tolerable with limited offerings. This is not even one star above Hampton Inn. I was really surprised and disappointed.
The Wifi was strong and the staff was friendly and helpful. Easy check-in and checkout. Check out is 11am but check in is not til 4pm. No vending machines to get a bottle of water or juice if you want one late at night. Only 2 small bottles of water provided for a 4 day stay. TV was wonky. The bed and pillows were as hard as a rock! No comforter--just thin blankets. Very disappointing.

United States of AmericaValet is too expensive. Rooms need some upgrading especially the Wrangler suite. The deposit of $100 per day is ridiculous. Higher end hotel chains don’t even charge that. They do $50-$75 for the entire stay. So your locking up someone’s extra money they need to enjoy the town.
The suite was large and beautiful. The hotel itself is gorgeous.

JordanThe first room, the bathtub leaked. We told them about it, and came back to still finding it leaking. Someone took a shower and couldn't get the water to be a good temperature, it was either scalding hot or cold. We called and they switched our room. This was at 10 at night. The other room it turned out the AC in the room didn't work. We went to bed right away so didn't have a chance to test it before the night and all woke up several times due to the heat. The next morning when we told them, all they said was oh sorry.
It's a cute hotel, with nice touches and artistic pieces every where. It's reasonably clean and comfortable. Breakfast is order style and was good. Overall it's a good place to stay but we had issues with AC in the room which made sleeping difficult.

United States of AmericaThe housekeeping did not clean my room my entire stay, there was plumbing issues in my room. I was then moved to a new room and experienced the same issues on top of more issues. The mini fridge was broken and so was the safe in the new room. The housekeeping did a horrible job in cleaning the new room there was still stains on our sheets and on the floor!!! The staff was great and nice even the bartenders.
The location of the hotel was the only good thing we like about the stay. The hotel is a nice hotel and has a lot of potential to be better, they just need to do some renovations or updates to the rooms and their plumbing system. Also hire new house keeping staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

United States of AmericaWe had a few issues during our stay. First off, I booked a "superior" king room, and it looked IDENTICAL to my friend's room. So I wouldn't recommend spending the extra cost as I didn't see any difference in my room vs. hers. The bathtub did not drain while taking a shower. It was so bad that I had to continue turning off the water throughout my shower so that the tub wouldn't overflow. It sucked to have to contact maintenance on the first night of my stay, considering the cost of the room. My friend's tub also had issues with draining, and her AC didn't work. Although we had these problems, maintenance did come to fix them in a timely manner. Luckily for us, we didn't discover them too late in the night or we probably would've had to wait until the next day for maintenance as I don't believe they're available 24/7. Also, the refrigerator in my room did not work, and there were issues with the wifi throughout the stay. The room looked like it could use some upgrades as some of the rooms amenities, like the lighting, bedding, and bathroom fixtures, were clearly outdated. Again, although all of the issues (except the refrigerator) were addressed, I didn't expect to have any issues based on the cost and rating of the hotel.
The hotel is in a fantastic location. It's minutes away from great shopping, eating, and other fun activities. You can walk or catch a lyft for a decent price to get to where you're going. The customer service is top-notch. Although we had a couple of issues throughout the stay, they were addressed by the staff pretty quickly. The breakfast that comes with the stay was also very good. The lobby, restaurant, and pool areas of the hotel look amazing. They're very sleek and give an upscale vibe.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom tub had two long (6-8”) hairs on the bottom. The water in the shower wouldn’t turn off even with heavy force. The shower curtain hangs so that it’s always touching the toilet. The orange and purple color scheme of the room was unattractive. The vibe of the room was generally shabby. There was not a single usb port in the room. I checked in at 4:30 pm and at 11:05 pm the hotel auto messenger texted asking how I was liking the stay and asking it I needed anything. It really was 12:05 am because of the time change occurring that night. How is this an acceptable time to be sending texts like that? I can’t silence my phone because I need to communicate with my family and polite phone etiquette should not include wellness texts from your hotel at midnight.
