We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaIt’s along side a highway and walking score is probably 0. The rooms are in need of updating/ maintenance but I knew that and booked anyway.
It’s a hotel with free parking very close to the Armory Track. The staff is awesome. The breakfast was okay but the attendant made up for it with tasty cappuccinos.

United States of AmericaThe weight room was too small and had minimal equipment. It was also very cold in there. The pool was out of order. It would have been nice to enjoy the pool and weight room. The outside area near the pool area was full of trash! Someone needs to do a better job keeping it tidy.
The hotel staff was great; the layout of the hotel is nice, the hotel store was so convenient and had great items. The full bar tv and breakfast buffets was amazing.

United States of Americathe hair dryer was broken and does not operate. The refrigerator is not cold enough. there was no hot water for 1 day. there should be a washing machine in the property. there should be a shuttle bus to Newark Airport. The pool should be heated the whole day.
we loved our room. it has a beautiful view of the highway. the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. the breakfast was great. bathroom was good, The room rate was great!

United States of AmericaThe lotion bottle remained empty. I informed room service and the bottle never got refilled. Also a man at the front desk didn't want to give us any cookies. We asked and he said they can't give us any because they have to have fresh ones for people's check in. SMH. Are they prepared on premise? When you see the cookies getting low prepare some more. We Stay at the DoubleTree because my granddaughter loves the cookies. So we stay there for the cookies.
There was a waiter in the restaurant that was exceptional. He was friendly and accommodating. He was the best staff member the entire weekend.
