We ordered dinner the first night we were there and it was terrible. It took close to an hour to get our food and we asked if we could just box it up and take to our room. Once there, we realized our appetizer was missing. My daughter ordered a steak salad. The steak was raw and cold in middle and salad was missing most of what it was supposed to have. Husband got cobb salad with half cut chicken, two blue cheese crumbles, a whole egg, etc. I ordered veggie fajitas and there were barely any veggies, and a thin layer of rice pilaf and black beans. No tortillas, salsa, etc. Husband went back to ask for tortillas and appetizer. Once we got the quesadilla appetizer, it was ok. Definitely best thing in order. We paid over $100.00.

A little far from all the action in Bentonville. That’s why shuttle was so helpful. Couldn’t safely cross the street in front of hotel!!

Overall, I wanted to check whether it was worth paying more comparing to other hotels nearby. My conclusion - not really. While the room was nice with modern furniture, I had a couple issues: 1) their air conditioning system is pretty old. No electronic control, no remote. It was impossible to set the exact temperature or switch the AC off. It was really cold during night. 2) bath tub - no hot water. I noticed it very late at night when it was not possible to ask for a different room. It was not a deal breaker for me when it was so hot outside (>100F or >40C), but it could have been an issue for somebody else. Also, another reason I chose this hotel was an opportunity to get lunch inside the hotel. However, they don't cook between lunch and dinner (until 5 pm), so no food available during these hours. There are a couple vending machines, but that's it.

Check in/check out process was seamless, and breakfast was nice as well. I had a couple issues (below), but I decided to leave a pretty high overall score because of the amazing girl at the reception (with dark long hair). Super nice and super helpful.

We were right over the ballroom on the second floor and there was very very loud music until midnight on Saturday. Our room was vibrating to the sounds. The tubs do not have solid bottoms, which is not so nice. I'm replacing my tubs at home and I have told my company that I won't have that.

Staff was great when we were there, esp the shuttle drivers! Room was pleasant. We loved the tall blue chair! Nice to have microwave and refrig. Bed is super comfortable! Loved the A.C.

I booked a king bed months ago and ended up with 2 beds. When I called down to check about the king bed at about 10:30 PM on 10/13/21 the female check-in attendant was really rude! All other staff were very friendly the remainder of our stay. The bedroom with 2 beds was too small to open the closet doors.

The suite was very nice. The beds were great. Most of the staff were extremely congenial and helpful.

Everything was pretty great. We were disappointed that there was no longer a hot tub by the pool. We assumed they got rid of it due to Covid.

We had very spacious suites, important for our family of 10! And the rooms were exceptionally clean!

Tub/ shower enclosure was outdated. Everything else was just fine and better than anticipated for a hotel.

We liked the separation of the bedroom from the sitting area, the refrigerator and microwave. Really liked tge amount of counter space in the bathroom and the fact that it was remodeled. Tub enclosure was a little dated, however. Loved the chocolate chip cookies. Tgey were warm and soft and delicious.

Lighting in makeup area is very poor. Need a full length mirror. Could have used more breakfast bowls.

Breakfast was great. Staff was great. 2X extra nice. Being able to keep my dog with me made all the difference. It’s why we chose this place. Shower was fantastic!
