You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThere pet policy should be published for all to see. They would not allow us to leave our little dog in the room while we were out during the day. We had to board the dog which we could have done before we left home.
I liked the hot breakfast. We didn’t get the chance to eat in the evening this time but I really like that Drury does this for its guests. Saves a ton of money on eating out which is especially helpful for families. You can essentially pay for the room with the savings on meals

United States of AmericaThe place needs some TLC. The carpet was dirty and the sink wasn't clean when we checked in. The pool area was well kept but there were so many people in the pool it was hard to enjoy it.
The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were on the bigger side.

United States of AmericaOnly complaint we had was the people next door to us had kids who were up laughing and playing til 1 am. If you want to rest request a room that's not next to kids.
The breakfast was good and the 530 kickoff was a nice surprise. Free food and drinks ,first hotel I've ever gotten anything free. Really amazing. The room was very clean and perfect for a one night stay.

My stay was great! No complaints at all. The guy manager checked me and told me everything I needed to know about my stay. Every time I saw him he looked approachable and was always on his feet doing something for the hotel or guest. The bartender was friendly as well. The evening dinner/drinks was great and food area was always neat and clean. Breakfast had a good choice of food! Quiet hotel throughout, even the pool area which was very clean as well. The lady that checked me out was friendly and socialable!
