I hope to see the gym next time when the renovation works are done. Otherwise nothing.

The room was very spacious and newly renovated. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. Renovation works are still ongoing but there was no noise or any kind of nuisance. The staff members were all very kind and helped me with my special needs.

Location

Water pressure in bathroom sink was poor (1007), window seal allowing cold air in (1008). Otherwise all fine.

We stayed in newly renovated rooms, all clean and fresh. Much has been said about the renovation work that is going on, but we barely noticed it.

It is already informed that the hotel is under the renovation. Though didn't Iike, but is acceptable.

The location is great. Near Grand Central Station as well as walkable to Timesquare, central park. The room is new, the bathroom is clean. Staff is nice and easy to connect.

It would be nice to get a room on the street side for some additional light but otherwise the place is good. I will consider it again for the next time I'm in town.

This hotel and Cloud One in the FiDi are my go to hotels when I come here for work annually. I prefer midtown "east", the hotel is close to GCT, public transit and many food options. The room was nice, the view looks into a neighboring building. Another hotel without a resort or destination fee.

The elevator was so slow but I understand renovations ongoing so that’s understandable.

Accommodations were ok in spite of changes because of construction. Looking forward to future stays after work is completed.

Renovation was ongoing so it wasn't quite as before . But it's isn't much of a complaint because I didn't hear any noise.

I like the location the staff and best of all the room is always sparkling clean. Oh the rooms are very spacious

The staff was excellent

To turn the shower on, you get blasted with cold water. If its been set to too hot, hard to adjust. Since the one glass panel does not slide, you are going to get wet!

Big comfortable bed. Quiet. Great location to everything I needed!

Exceptional customer service and convenient location.

Construction was a bit inconvenient.

Proximity to Grand Central Station. Walking distance to the library, Rockefeller Center, and other top sights and restaurants.

Due to renovations only 1 lift available. but waiting was not too long. We tried to reserve an extra bed and they said it was noted, but they forgot it. Window in bathroom could not close, we barricaded it ourself since it was looking out to an alley.

Great location in a historic building. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Price as stated. Coffee, tea, water was refreshed daily. Big room and bathroom. There were renovations going on, we hardly noticed it. Entry was at Benjamin's restaurant which was fine.

Room needs updating and renovations are ongoing. Front desk staff was keen to get rid of me when I was asking for some extra towels, soap etc.

Room was very spacious, location is excellent! Check in/out process was easy.

The picture of the room was a little misleading, slightly underwhelmed with the property due to renovations, door was locked upon arrival.

Quite stuffy but that is expected in NYC hotels we don’t like the feather pillows as they go flat like pancakes but we didn’t ask for different ones and still slept like logs!

The location is great and the staff were all very friendly and attentive when required. A short walk to Grand Central Station and nearby subway links, as well as surrounding places to eat. Bryant Park and the Public Library are just at the end of the street and a 10 minute walk into Times Square.
