The office closes at 7 and doesn’t open till 9 was a bit inconvenient but the manager was super great left keys in at box to pickup if we missed her.

The perfect winter getaway. There were very few people, a lot of animals (fox, deer, elk), it was perfect. The room was lovely, comfortable, and very clean. Norma (at the front) was positively amazing, so kind, communicative and just a joy to chat with.

We would have liked some paper napkins near the coffee maker. Fortunately, we had brought some, but we are neat freaks and obviously would not want to use the clean, new, fresh white towels to wipe up any drops of coffee. This is very picky and we can certainly bring our own napkins to the room, but a few paper napkins would be a nice touch.

We have stayed in the condos at this resort before. This time we had a room with a king bed. The room was fabulous! It was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. This room was either new, or it was completely and tastefully remodeled. We appreciated the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. We were pleasantly surprised to have an air condition, so we were able to have air movement. There's a small table with two chairs to enjoy the morning coffee, quiet time. It was easy walking distance to the Lodge and the camping sites.

The bed was on the soft side.

The staff was very helpful and very friendly. We were always greeted with a genuine smile. We upgraded to a honeymoon cabin because of the weather and more inside time than we had planned. It was a great move because the cabin was roomy and had a few more amenities. The location was fantastic.

Wi-Fi wasn’t consistent. One moment off then back on, also had to go to reception to get connection again.

Can't change the size of the cabins but I wish our room was a touch larger. There are bigger cabins we just opted not to book those. It would have been great to have some shelves in the Bathroom over the toilet to lay out your essentials. Otherwise it was so cute and well decorated.

Easy to find, checked in quick, room is right by the Tram, Lake, Restaurants and easy walks all around to State Park. Room could have been a few 100 sq ft larger but we managed. It was neat clean, great updates and decor, beautifully redone old hardwood floors, fridge, coffee maker and sink added to our breakfast convenience. Fantastic A/C heat split plus an overhead fan. Chairs were out front or on decks to sit out and enjoy the views and tall trees. Everyone was nice and the bed was a super comfortable King.

The jets on the tub looked like they werent clean. I could have used some measuring cups too. I would say thats the only thing missing.

I can't think of a problem.

Great family experience. We had 2 rooms, including family, and they were perfect for our needs. Check-in was easy, small coffee shop in lobby helped us tremendously with breakfast for the entire group. Loved the location near the Tramway, but easy access to Joseph. Would book again and recommend to others.

The parking isn't ideal, do to the property being on a hill.

I like seeing the deer strolling through the grounds, it's a good central location to walk to places of interest.

Great selection of quick breakfast items as well as some very delicious treats. Nice clean cozy eating area. Nice pool. Variety of accommodations. Clean, well taken care of. Ice cream store on site was great. Perfect location to everything. Right next door to the tram. Excellent bed, clean comfortable room. Mayah in reception was exceptional in her welcome and so very knowledgeable about fun things to do in the area. Can't wait to come back! Love Eagle Cap Chalets and Wallowa Lake/Joseph area!
