The room were not clean. Towels and rags dirty and housekeeping refuse to change out. Floors tore up. Holes in wall, no hangers to hang up anything, etc. plumbing issues (toilets), no hot water, and we had to check out due to maintenance needing to repair flooring unexpectedly. Washing machine and dryer three dollars a piece and I think that is outrageous.

They have security riding around at night harassing people that are just standing outside they door smoking. Then makes it a habit to say he not security and that he didn't harass anybody . Not even comfortable to smoke outside your room door

The room we were given was dirty (cigarette butt left on bed frame) smelled like smoke, sink and dresser/table tops were dirty. Bed was difficult to sleep on felt like they were cartons. One tiny pillow and one regular pillow. TV looked like it was damaged.

Those were the only thing I didn’t like that my room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the elevator smelled like pee and the weird gentleman that was casing around outside and there was no lobby

Overall, it was very nice to a certain extent the front desk staff was very nice and she was very professional. However, when going into the elevator to go up to my room, the elevator reeked of urine I got to my room and it was a non-smoking room yet it’s still smell like cigarette smoke I like the fact that I was at the far end by the door behind the door at the end was not working properly. It was cracked. we must’ve arrived well. Most of housekeeping may have been cleaning the room because it was trash everywhere in the outside of the building. We left out for our event and came back and there was this weird gentleman just casing around the parking lot, but the room was very clean, despite smell, like cigarette smoke, I did tell the front desk to let her know so she would not charge me a deposit or take my deposit for the room. The bathroom was very clean. The floors were very clean. The bed was made up very nicely, and I like the fact that they had an individual heat unit in there I like had a refrigerator and a microwave. But overall I would stay. The price was very great for the length of time we were there and that was not long.

I had an issue with my 1st room. Tried to move to another room and was told I had to wait till next day. Next day, he moved to another room, which had a God awful smell, and was told I couldn't move to another room. I will never go to this hotel ever again.

Nothing the Hotel is under renovation and needs to be closed down until fully renovated.

The hallway floors were dirty no vacuum was done. No ice bucket in room . After I left I hear from someone that were drugs and ladies of the evening hung out there.Very disappointed .Also I understand that they were making changes to the place no nos of tissue in bathroom. little soap Need to get better supply of things for customers. I give all the staff AAA for their professional .

I traveled with kids, our room was on the second floor by the elevator. The curtains wouldn't stay closed the kids ended up seeing through the crack and saw a guy holding a gun arguing with another guy downstairs. I had to find a way to keep the curtain closed for our safety. There was guys dealing drugs in the parking lot, people sleeping on the ground outside the hotel, very uncomfortable environment.

Rooms seemed "thrown together." Chair in room was broken. Don't go behind the hotel!! It. Is. GROSS.

Place was under construction while staying soooooo....It wasn't pleasant. Rooms were adequate at best. You get what you Pay for. They were really nice at the counter and didn't require a deposit.

it was definitely a trap motel. if you ain’t from hood don’t book. it was people everywhere standing outside. My Boyfriend and I had to sleep on separate bed, bc they gave us a room with 2 double size bed.

My Room was okay. it was in the inside part, it the ones on the outside. Nobody Bother us. Also they had security riding thru at night.

The construction,wifi only aloud two devices in whole hotel,it was not a good experience,oh yeah if u put something in the refrigerator on the shelf it fell all the way to bottom
