The room interiors were dark and dated. The breakfast offered was good, but limited seating for the amount of people.

The location to the cruise port was excellent. It was within walking distance to a grocery store and dinner options. The outdoor pool and inside courtyard lobby were very nice.

I didn't like being at the elevator. The eating area was too small. Not enough room. Then the water to take a shower did not get hot enough.

The room was a little outdated. The furniture need to be replaced. I didn't get to the beach.

Excellent location (easy Uber ride to beach and downtown riverwalk, and Publix grocery store nextdoor), very friendly staff and best communication I've ever experienced, nice common space design, relaxing pool.

Rooms are very dated with stained rugs and furniture. Mismatched chairs at table. It was comfortable,but expect better from a premium room.

Our room faced the Main Street and the street racing and music blasting from the bar across the street was horrifying until 1:30 a.m.

We have stayed at this hotel every time we take a cruise, convenient and great pool. However, it is in DESPERATE need of renovations! Interior is very dated and getting run down. Double beds are very small for 2 adults. Half the Pool lounge chairs are missing cushions, and those are very uncomfortable without them.

The pool is WONDERFUL and warm. The outside areas are very tropical and scenic. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The food served at the pool was very good. Holding our bags before check-in and after checkout to adhere to flights is very helpful.

The hand held shower head was broken and wouldn't stay up while showering.

When I reserved the room It said that transportation was supplied from the airport. Even received a email to confirm the extra service. When i arrived at the airport, I called for a pickup and they said i didn't have a transfer reservations and it would be $24.00 cash to get picked up. If you are going to charge for transfer you should stay it on the reservation info

Pretty sure the common area carpet on the floor we were one (7) wasn't vacuumed the whole time we we were there. A manager (I assume that's what she was as she came from and returned to behind a closed door) asked my husband to wait when he approached the front lobby desk while she finished speaking to 2 employees, instead of encouraging one to take care of him. We thought that was pretty unprofessional. Being small business owners, we couldn't imagine not putting the customer first that way. The room lighting was inadequate, making it seem dark. The building was in need of some fairly simple to accomplish updates (but we expected that based on reviews before booking).

Room was good sized with ample storage and was ready when we arrived early. Location was great - stores, restaurants within walking distance. Loved the water features, pool area and koi pond. Enjoyed the onsite restaurant/bar. Provided breakfast choices were wonderful. Most of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle we scheduled was early and ready to leave on time, which we were impressed with.

The rooms were quite dated. It wasn't the worst, but these are not new rooms.

The location close to the pier for a cruise was excellent. Quick shuttle service made it easy (for an extra charge). The breakfast (included for free) was great. Good selection and quality. The size of the rooms was also quite nice.

When we arrived after a several hours flying and in the airport, there was one person at the front reception. We waited about 15 minutes and we are tired and hungry. When it was our turn, she just turned and walked away without any acknowledgment that we were there. A young man then came to the front desk to assist, he saw the entire thing and commented on this coworker's rudeness.

It is a beautiful hotel, but is starting to show it's age a bit particularly in the rooms. The breakfast is excellent. The happy hour is great. The staff in general excellent, but could use more help on the front desk -- it is slow and they are overwhelmed from time to time. I would have appreciated a shuttle to local spots included in the price. Yes, I would highly recommend.
