The room wasn't as nice as we had when we were here last week. There was a problem with the shower head adjuster coming off, but I was able to use the shower anyway. The bathtub needs to be resurfaced or replaced because of extreme wear. It looked like a bathroom in a cheap hotel. Another small issue that I would have not been unaware of had I not stayed in another room was the most recent room didn't have a quiet close toilet seat where it did last wemek.

Room was exceptionally clean. Customer service was great. Breakfast was superb, and the two free drinks each night plus snacks, were worth the cost.

staff: lady making omelets couldn't be bothered to remove her airpods and listen to the clients orders, had to get her attention as her back was to the waiting customers as she was staring at her phone....

Countertop in one of the rooms still had drink ring spots-not just water, a gross sticky substance.

Hotel needed updated/facelift. When checking in, there needs to be more than one person at the desk, shouldn’t take that long to check in at peak times.

Breakfast was good, love the made-to-order grill….scrambled eggs on the buffet could have had a lot more flavor.

We had to pay for parking. The carpet in our room was bubbled up and we kept tripping on it. Snacks at happy hour could have been better.

The property was easy to get to and in a good location. Sunday night was pretty quiet. We loved the omelets in the morning.

The big green lights right outside the bedroom window. Very hard to sleep with that coming through, as hard as I tried to adjust the curtains..

Close to all attractions of Omaha. Very clean, good size pool, and the breakfast was amazing with great options for everyone. Even a make to order chef!

10.00 to park are you guys crazy???? I guess I missed it but never saw anything about it until we checked in.

I like the hotel and stay there many times, however charging 10.00 to park is crazy. The room was already 200.00 bucks had it not been so late I would have gone else where.

The atrium style center was neat but very noisy as we were trying to go to sleep. We were on the 7 th floor and it was hard for my family to fall asleep

In the lobby there was a water scenery but there was no water in it. It was dry and an eye sore.

We enjoyed the morning breakfast services and there was plenty of comfy seating. The complementary drinks for the adults was super awesome and a very nice addition to the evening. Was a wonderful stay.

Needs to be a light above the full length mirror so it can be used to put on makeup. When you wear glasses you can't get close enough to the other mirrors in the room. Would be good to have bedside tables on both sides of bed. Furniture and carpet are old. Needs a remodel.

The children running thru the hallways on Friday evening. You could hear them inside the bedroom. The breakfast was not the best. Nice selection of fresh fruit but fake eggs usually don’t taste so fake. Also, most places offer coffee in the lobby area outside of breakfast hours where you do not.

The bed was soooo comfortable! Especially the bedding!!

Pool was closed upon arrival which was why I did a a wkn get away wit grandkids to swim the next days they open the pool the smell of the chlorine n the pool was ova bearing which let me know it was a lot of bacteria in the water which explained why it was closed an shouldn't had open until the pool was drained an cleaned so, the kids was very disappointed I wouldn't let them get into the pool
