We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe pool deck is not level and, therefore, has a lot of green algae in many areas. It was also a bit dirty with clumps of hair and lint on the floor. And used towels were piled up on a chair. In contrast to the rest of the clean and beautiful hotel areas, this pool area stands out as needing a little TLC. The hotel parking is spendy, but I guess that's normal for SF? The hotel room, which is large and spacious, had ZERO towel bars to hang towels. There was one small robe hook next to the shower. So our family (of 5 people) had towels and swimsuits draped EVERYWHERE!
Love the room layout and space for our family of 5, the room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The food and drinks provided for the evening reception and breakfast were great! Love the pool design, with windows providing so much natural light.

United States of AmericaThere is nothing specified that there is a parking fee and the parking fee is STEEP ($34.21 to be exact and wait that's not all they also tax you for parking for an additional $4.79 for a whopping total of $39 PER DAY)! We are not in Downtown SF so I don't understand why it is that expensive! The parking is too close to each other so obviously this is maximizing profit so more cars can park. There is also a CONFERECE CENTER TAX which I was not even part off. The front desk NEVER answers the phone the 3x I have called and when I went down they are not busy at all. I will be looking for other hotels for sure on my next return to SSF.
I like how accessible it is from the airport and major freeway i80. It is also close to downtown SSF and a few minutes drive to SF. Back to the hotel, the suite is nice and spacious and I love the California theme and the updated rooms. I love the complimentary happy hour drinks.

United States of AmericaI was not a fan of the fact that the temperature cannot be adjusted. The rooms were subjected to the hotel temperature as a whole. Guests would have to request a portable heater which looked very old and outdated. It was difficult to relax worrying if the old portable heater would malfunction and cause a fire.

United States of AmericaWe did run into issues with the AC on our first night. Apparently, during our stay, the hotel had AC issues with the corner units. We called the front desk and they immediately set us up with another room.
We had a great stay. The room was perfect for our family. Breakfast was fabulous! The front desk team was very welcoming, warm, and attentive.

United States of AmericaParking was about $40 for one night. It wasn't covered it was just a parking lot. I get it, San Francisco. . .you pay for parking. But there was no one out here besides the people that stayed at the hotel. Paying for parking was a bit ridiculous.
Wow. Great place to stay. Close enough it's just a short distance drive to the Giants Stadium, but far enough out there isn't all the traffic, noise, and (unfortunately) filth that the inner city brings. We felt safe with our kids and our car here. Beds, towels, linens were all clean and comfortable. The soaps were good quality. The pool is indoor and clean. Everything was clean, actually! The servers at the restraunt were so kind and attentive. Breakfast had a large selection of cold and hot food, and even a make to order food bar! For free!!!

We waited more than the 30 minutes promised for the shuttle and ended up on a shuttle going to the *other* San Fran Airport Embassy Suites. Yes, user error, but maybe the signage could be better. Also, it should be a free shuttle.
Location was great, about 10 minutes from the airport. We were able to walk into South San Francisco for dinner. But also the property had a restaurant if we preferred to stay in. Easy check in. The room was spacious and the front desk staff was friendly.

I couldn’t find parking, parking was super super tight, they blocked the parking to where it was hard to exit back out if you went down the isle and couldn’t find a parking, you literally had to back up to come out. One of the worst embassy parking issue I have ever encountered. Not enough parking space.
