I like that room was a nice size, comfortable and there was no carpeting so felt cleaner.

Not what we expected for a medical stay. Placed near tenants with residency. Dogs, children, smokers and lots of noise. Each room says non smoking yet you can smell the smoke crime into your room and in hallway. Moved to another room in better condition. Needs some remodelling work done.

Walked in the room the first time and it smelled like someone just use the bathroom. The television is too low. It needs to be either on the wall or on a higher table.

The accessible room really wasn't accessible My "accessible" bathroom's shower/tub wasn't accessible (either shouldn't have a tub (roll-in shower) or tub should have a door, or there should be a chair-to-shower transition bench); and the shower head was affixed (couldn't be removed from where it was placed on the wall, which was too low for someone sitting in a wheel chair or on a shower bench. They'd have to be sitting on the bottom of the tub, and someone with mobility issues wouldn't be able to get up again) Bed should be lower so level transition from a wheelchair to the bed

Beds were comfortable, bathroom good BUT with the fan off in the bathroom a bad smell of Tabaco smoke came into the room and stayed for quite a while so had to keep the door closed and fan on most of the time.

The rooms were supposed to be non smoking but they smelled of cigarettes and the bed in one room was a queen bed but was smaller. I asked about it at the front desk at check out, I was informed their queen beds run small.

The location was wonderful, the front desk staff was very nice, we had 2 rooms and they were across from each other and accommodating. They were very accommodating also on our late check in. They also allowed us to check out at noon instead of 11:00am. That hour of extra rest was fantastic.

Room had a bad odor. No shower curtain. No other amenities (i.e., shampoo, conditioner or body lotion).

I saw two cockroaches the night b4 I left. There was not a breakfast unless instant oatmeal or baby muffins is considered breakfast. They had people hanging out front of the hotel drinking and smoking

Small baby roaches came out from underneath and sides of the sink and lowest cabinet when we came back to the room after my game.

While the room was mostly clean- bathroom was clean, and room was clean. Our issue was the bathroom door/door frames/door handles, light switch etc were sticky. Yuck.

For the money we put out to stay here it should have been a 5 star experience.. we had to plunge our own toilets, if you need clean towels or sheets you have to go down and get them yourself because housekeeping is every 2 weeks. The neighbors had dogs that would not stop barking
