The only complaint I have is the night desk clerk. She was more concerned about being on her cell phone than anything else. There were 3 of us standing at the desk for a while before she even noticed we were there. The reason we stopped to speak with her was that being a family of 3, we had accumulated more trash than the 2 trashcans in our room could manage. So rather than just letting them overflow or put them out in the hall, we took it downstairs on our way out one night and asked if there was a dumpster we could put it in. She was pretty rude and acted as if we were bothering her. So my husband just said forget it and took the trash down the road and put it in a dumpster.

Nice place. The desk clerk that checked us in was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. Things were quiet and calm. Our daughter loved the indoor pool. The breakfast was great.

I stayed in room 210. The bathroom had a pretty good hunk of mold in the corner where the tile met the tub. The Kleenex box in the bathroom was empty when we arrived. No Equal sweetener in coffee area, just “healthy” stuff which I care nothing about.

The door keys worked all 3 days! Seems like every motel I go to, we always have trouble. Our experience here with keys was great! All of the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were friendly. Of particular note, the housekeeping staff, I interacted with all spoke English.

Breakfast was delicious. They had lots of options especially for two little children. Staff here are super awesome and helpful. When my door dash order didn't have and ketchup for my childrens fries, they went above and beyond to get some for us. would definitely come back to this hotel.

The room was a bit small and could use a little updating. The pool water was very cold but it's a pool lol. The heating/cooling system had extremes...one temp the room was hot, change it by one degree and it's ice cold.

The staff was very helpful and nice at check out/in. The breakfast was great. The location is great, close to all different amenities. My son enjoyed the pool. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Room wasn't super clean. Air kept turning out and waking us up - loud noise every time it kicked on.

All was decent - nothing extravagant but I felt safe and location was great.

The breakfast wasn't very good. Eggs were sooo salty. Hard to keep the room at a comfortable temperature too.

There was no way to close the drapes on a room that had a window which opened to the parking lot and sidewalk.

We have stayed here several times over the last 3-4 years. It has always been top-notch. This trip it just seemed a little tired and run down. Still clean but just felt dull. Felt like they were cutting back on all aspects. Breakfast especially had less variety even than during Covid restrictions. Breakfast staff were friendly but just not pushing themselves to keep things stocked, trash cans emptied, etc. Just a little disappointed.

I thought i could smell cigarette smoke on the 4th floor. The fan in the room would go off and on all night So we woke up several times.
