Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe whole place felt...I don't know....sketchy I guess would be the best word. I was there by myself and I kept my head on a swivel. No one ever did anything to make me feel unsafe specifically. There were just a lot of people milling around and you couldn't tell what they were up to. I guess the property is under construction because there were dumpsters taking up some of the very few parking spaces close to the building. There is a parking lot behind the building, but if you have your hands full, it's a haul. The elevator was in terrible shape and there was only one so if that goes out, you're in trouble because you'll be climbing stairs with your luggage. The rooms were OK and it looks like some things have been redone, but it's like they hired Cousin Larry to do it who just gets by....things were left exposed that should've been covered when finishing the job. Apparently that's how they plan to leave it because if you look close you can see it in the pictures for the property....look below the desk ends -- there's white particle board or something visible. It almost looks like they've sat it up on a reem of paper, but it's not a reem of paper.... The shower and bathroom looked to have been renovated recently, but the couch that had a pull out bed looked like it was left over from 1985 and maybe hadn't been cleaned since them. The bed was comfortable enough...not great, not terrible. The light switches were in some of the weirdest places....sometimes behind doors that were opened over them (specifically the doors between the bathroom and the bedroom in the king suite). Several sockets were hanging out or uncovered. The light in the vanity area was hanging out of the ceiling. BTW -- to get the mirror light to work, you turn on the wall switch and then touch a little button on the mirror itself. Quite an unusual, "fancy" detail for such a not-fancy place.
The price was slightly lower than many other places, but you get what you pay for. :-/ Location was good for where I was needing to be (LeConte Center) but otherwise, it was right in the middle of shops and businesses with no buffer between the properties. The front desk staff, especially the lady working at night, was very kind and helpful.

United States of AmericaI loved being so close to resturants, attractions, walking distance to just about anything. I loved the 2 bedroom set up. The front desk staff was extremely kind and friendly.
I loved the price point for a 2 bedroom in the middle of Pigeon Forge, close to attractions. I was disappointed with the indoor pool. Not enough parking. And while the rooms were clean, the outside and near elevators (and the inside of the elevators) was lacking. Dirty, graffiti, not at all similar to the interior.

United States of AmericaThe crew was doing construction while we were there so the parking lot has dumpsters and garbage and the office was not the cleanest. The pool could be warmer and wished you didn't have to walk outside after you are in the pool. The office staff could be a little more friendlier and happy to be at their job. There is a limited amount of parking at the hotel, you will likely have to park in the parking lot behind the building across the street and at night it fills up due to the Pirates show.
The size of the room was perfect for our big group. We were not bothered for room cleaning, every morning we brought our towels out to the cleaning people and got fresh ones. Garbage was removed at this time too. Beds were comfortable. More lighting would be nice. We were on the 7th floor, so the view was amazing every day!!! Great place for the price.
