Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The stairwell to the room was musty and mildewy and the room smelled of mildew bad too. Needs an update for sure.
Love the room and the balcony was cool. The space provided for the price was amazing 😍 the soak tub and shower. The TV was huge and the fireplace was a cool addition too. Will be back for sure.

Everything is old there were holes in the carpet in the hall.
After reading the reviews I didn’t want to stay. But we had a great stay for four nights while we were working on our boat. The carpets are outdated, but everything was clean and the bed was comfy! We enjoyed our stay.

The desk chair in the room had peeling vinyl. There were broken hangers on the floor of the closet area. the mattress is old and flat.
Well located and my room had a partial view of the bay. The Ac; fridge; tv and microwave worked just fine.

Circuitous exit back to Anacortes but NBD if you account for the extra time

There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee packets. It could be used to make hot water for tea. Hot carafes of free coffee are available in the lobby. When I arrived the AC was set at 60 so it was very cold but the room heater did a good job of fixing that quickly. The pillows are old and not soft.
My room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Access to and from SR20 was very easy. There's a restaurant within easy walking distance although I didn't eat there because I packed my own food. The room had a small refrigerator and microwave which meant I could prepare my own meals.

Having to drive up the hill going south to a round about to go the opposit direction. There is some car noise. But it is tolerable.
Good location,there is a restaurant with a bar within walking distance.

Alot of cigarette butt and small bits of garbage everywhere. Suggest more trash and butt recepticles.
Employees and owner very pleasant. Coffee available 24 hours. Laundry facilities available for paying customers. Love the new gazebos.

The chair in our room was clearly old and damaged.
It’s a dated property but overall was good for what we paid. It was clean and tidy in the room. The staff were friendly. Basically what you would expect for the cost, and nicer than a cheap road side motel.

Things seem pretty rundown little things like no clock in the room and the refrigerator didn't work very well. The freezer was all iced over and dripping into the fridge. Overall, things just seemed a little rundown. Also, the blankets were not very comfortable. I had to ask for a second one which I got with no problem.
Breakfast was great. The location was convenient.

The outside looks pretty good, but the inside of the rooms was very dated and not well kept. All of the outlets were broken down; wouldn’t hold a charger. The bedding was very dated, with the pillows being subpar. The lamp shades were mismatched and cracked. For $100 a night it was doable, but don’t expect much.
Great location with a good value. Staff was friendly.

we got woken up a few times during the night because of cars driving by with really loud motors probably because we had a room at the end other than that not much to complain about
easy access in and out not a lot of traffic close to everywhere we needed to go
