We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaFor some reason you have to put a deposit on the room, even if you already paid for the room when you booked it online, for whether you want a smoking or non-smoking room. I had to ask the lady about getting it back when I checked out or I probably wouldn't have got it back.

Nothing, staff was terrible. Hot tub didn't work it was dirty black mold in bathroom. When we entered room turned TV on porn was on it. We asked for money back was told no. We asked to have hot tub fixed was told it worked but wouldn't come show us how. Manager was terrible and rude. This was worst hotel and staff I ever seen.
