While a shuttle service was said to be available, we were unable to access as they were very busy. We had assumed it would be operated by the hotel and therefore would have been available.

Front desk staff were very helpful.

No working pool bar, construction, no restaurant availability since it's not completed yet. Parking is a little ridiculous. The ac was very very loud.

The resort is under renovation, with no signs to even point to the office. We wandered around until we finally found it at 10 oclock at night

The room was super clean and neat. The pool look pretty at night, we did not use. No breakfast that I saw. Water and drinks available for a hefty price by the front desk. This place will be the place to stay when the renovations are complete.

I didn't like the lights that I had too leave on all night because they had no off buttons. The sheets were short and couldn't reach my head and there was no blanket on the beds just three sheets that made me get up and cut off and on the air conditioner all night. The bathroom walls were just brick white and there was no styles in the bathroom but the toilet was new as well as the glass on the bathtub but the tub was old but clean. The balcony had chairs to sit on but I couldn't open to access to go outside.

I liked the snacks and beverages in the room with wine, coffee and coffee maker and even more beverages in the fridge. There was a satellite TV 50 inches with lots of on-demand movies and sports to choose from. The shower was new. The location was nice with lots of restaurants and markets. They had 24 hours room service for food with a menu. The stuff in the room was expensive I only took one item too eat and left the rest alone.

I wish it was closer to the port. However I knew what the distance was. It was no surprise

Good value for your money considering how much more expensive the other hotels were. It was very clean and comfortable. The boy at the desk his name was Rogney was very accommodating. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and told us if there was anything that we needed just called the desk. I was impressed with him because I knew that he was going to school during the day and came in all the way from Miami to work this job to pay for his schooling. Nice to see an ambitious young adult who wants to get ahead.

The exterior of the hotel looks a little rough but the room/bathroom were great!

The room was nice once you got in I think they’re doing construction and expanding- but when we arrived we were nervous- once it the lobby and room it was all good.

The room smelled like a smoker had recently occupied it. No free parking. The AC not quite as strong for the size of the room. Pool closes relatively early :(

Very friendly staff, the property looked recently renovated and everything seemed new and in good shape in the room and throughout the grounds. Location was great, too!

Cause of the construction works no breakfast was able to order, the bar also didnt work

The location is really nice, 15 mins to walk on the beach The reception guys are really nice, all of them, very kind A lot if parking lots available The best one was the Block C room with a balcony (we had here 3 different rooms) The worst was the 1st floor room in the Block B (too wet there and everybody is walking near your door, too loud)

Office area and parking areas are a nightmare. I was very nervous parking in the far parking lot at night. People parking in spots that are not real spots so very difficult to move and get out.

Hmm maybe pool side could have been a bit better organized but not really a downside. It was alright for the purpose i was there.

Location is great and the bar downstairs has all you need. room was big and clean no issues overall. Staff was nice and helped me get into the room a little bit earlier as anticipated. Lobby has drinks you can also purchase while you wait. Interner is alright

The room was modern and clean. Friendly and helpful stuff. Nice deep tub in the bathroom. Comfy bed with high quality sheets and comforter. Upscale feel of the room. Very quiet. Walkable to many restaurants and bars. Beach nearby too.

Property was under construction. Poll was therefore noisy and the bar, restaurant and elevators were not open. The 10 minute walk to the public beach was 30 minutes.
