The room was clean and yes some where to sleep. Bathroom was also clean. No complaints about that, but if you are traveling and look at the website it’s very misleading. Some of the normal stuff people use to get ready for an outing… iron & HAIRDRYER were not there!😡 I want to add that the nicest older black man that worked there found everything I needed for me in my room. He had everything waiting for me at front desk when I got back that day!

The bed was made up with dirty sheets. When asked about housekeeping they told me to strip the bed and bring the sheets down to the front office, to be able to get new ones.

There was people walking around all time of the night. Guy smoking weed outside uncomfortable. Women offering other inappropriate services very scary. The parking is bad especially for women being that there homeless people walking around the neighborhood.

The hotel was close to highway, had a 7-Eleven right across the street. The front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful.

The best thing there, the staff.. worked well, pleasant, helpful, understanding. However, the actual facilities were dirty and very unkept. Inside the room , some items outdated, old, broken, required changing immediately. No maid service until 2 weeks stay. No one collecting garbage or providing fresh linen. If you want you have to pay to get your room cleaned before the 2 weeks period, I am not a long staying guests. They should flag their guest accordingly in their PMS ( long stay, short stay, few days) and provide cleaning services. This facility should NOT BE SOLD to short staying travelers unless they are informed on what the hotel is also used for housing and tell their short-stay guest so we can select another property if we do not want to be in that situation . Who wants to pay almost $93 per night to be scared. I already paid in full so I did not know if I could cancel and get my funds back. I came from the Caribbean so I was not expecting this and although I was never threatened or hurt, I was not comfortable in this environment. Especially if I am paying to stay, it was not free. 14 nights!!! I was SCARED the 1st 4 days as anyone can see that it is used for persons who may be seeking housing and covered by government subsistence. Also some shady characters around as well ( they were not disrespectful or approaching though) . Kids running up and down, people sitting on chairs in the corridor. the corridors not scrubbed . My family and friends ensured I got into the room safely before driving off. I'm very disappointed in BOOKING.COM for having this as an option on their site. How do their evaluate properties to promote ??? There are 2 other Extended Stay Suites nearby ( wished I had known) that I would recommend rather than this one.

I didn't like the fact that the microwave in my room was not working, the bathroom sink was not working properly and the toilet was shaking every time I sit on it, over all the place need some work

I can't comment on the brakefast because I didn't have any, the location is great but the elevator need some serious work also the hallway need to be clean . The hotel need to upgrade the furniture.

Buy a ice machine and offer a bottle of orange juice or something. It would also be nice for them to actually have secured parking like the advertised. It states ( gated) in actuality it a fence. No gate in a shady area. I wouldn't let my wife or teen walk to the car alone even in the daytime. And best of all we requested a queen size and got a full sized bed

It was granola bars and muffins. No beverages other than coffee. So really disappointing .

The door latch was broken. The part that should be screwed into the door was missing. The refrigerator made noise all night. Very difficult to sleep. The shower was difficult to turn and you had to shut it really tight to stop the water from running after showering. The curtain over the AC was too long so the air blew the curtain open. I had to put a shoe against it so the air would blow into the room.

The Roaches The Trash outside everybody room door for a week Nobody cleans your room unless you stay 2 weeks that's insane.

Lack of response from the front desk, the sink in the room was stopped up I asked the front desk 3 times and maintenance never showed up throughout my entire stay. Never again!

My legs was itching uncontrollably after a couple days . I didn’t see bed bugs only little black flying (jumping)bugs. Didn’t think anything of it just thought it was mosquitoes biting me outside. When I left I had so many red bumps on my legs bottom to top but mostly on the bottom by the ankles and calfs. It was so bad the day I checked out. Needless to say I believe y’all have fleas . I am sooooo disgusted!

By first appearance you might feel unsafe and think you want to find another hotel. Then after one night you’ll think hey this isn’t as bad as I thought it would be .
