    They didn’t have breakfast

    I like the staff gave me a upgrade to the penthouse by level suite the first day I got there it worked out good for them cause I extend it for about a week and I kept getting the nice room

    The length of their hold for incidentals. Average is 4-6 days, once it was 4-6 weeks and a phone call later. This visit somehow I was charged twice. Once by booking.com when reserved, then again when they were to only place a hold for incidentals.

    I enjoy staying at this hotel. Always clean and quiet.

    Paid for my room in the app and was double charged by hotel. Now I’m getting the runaround to get my money back. It’s been 5 days and no resolution. No luggage carts.

    Reduced rates for extra days would be good, especially when the room doesn’t require daily service

    It was really noisy outside my room. The desk clerk let people cut in front of me at check in. But she was very nice.

    I don't feel the the price was worth the value for the night due to the fact that it hasn't even been upgraded in no way with new moderations! especially for it to be a Four Point Sheraton it was okay but it wasn't all that I've stayed I better and I travel! Being a travel agent.

    My room was next to the laundry room and it was very loud. It sounded like someone was hitting the wall from the next room.

    Not a good experience with this Hotel! They charged TWICE for the reservation! Be aware!

    Be aware of this Hotel! I made a reservation for my family (I didn't stay at this Hotel) and I PAID it through booking,com with my credit card. When my family arrived they asked for a $50 deposit and my mother had to give them her credit card. (They said is just a backup in case they need to charge due to damage). This hotel charged my mother the TOTALCOST of the reservation AGAIN and the receptionist knew the reservation was ALREADY PAID through booking.com. After ONE month they still haven't refunded my mother the cost of the reservation! I have sent messages to this hotel through booking,com and no answer. My husband called them and they said they will refund but they didn't! JUST BE AWARE, YOU BETTER BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

    I booked a reservation and we were not accommodated due to their Rooms without aircondition . We were advised by the front desk to transfer to another hotel at 0200 in the morning. Good thing a friend of mine offered to book me us under his name to a different hotel . Since my booking was non refundable, I asked for an exception because it was your end. Not me.. However, it has been a couple of days that Booking customer service told me that they still waiting for your response and until now there is NO response. Please take a look into this.

    I arrived late due to flight delay and my room was gone as I did not check in at 3am although they gave me a room to settle with a plan to give me a key for the room next day but they had given the room to someone else. I had to rebook another hotel DoubleTree by Hilton which was more expensive and my credit card was already charged by Four points although they had reassured me they would not charge me. The money was reimbursed 4 days later but the stress without credit impacted me.
