We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location is excellent, staff are very friendly, and the pool area is very nice. Our Mountain View room was beautiful. The resort does a nice breakfast. We have been staying here for years and will continue to come back to the Fox Ridge.

United States of AmericaThe heating system when starting sounded like a jet engine taking off. It made so much noise that we turned it off at night to sleep which was fine since the temperature stayed at 70. It seems hotels in North Conway jack up their prices when the holidays approach which to me turns off people to the area because in January the prices drop more than half. You've got to love the holiday season!! Not crazy about paying $25 per night for a dog to stay at the hotel. That would be very pricey if you stayed for a week!! At that price you board you dog each day for the same amount.
Breakfast had a variety of choices including a variety of breads, fruits, hot eggs, sausage or bacon and potatoes, oatmeal, cold cereals etc.. There was plenty of seating and of course coffee. The pool was good size and not too crowded. The location was very good for our purpose which was shop until you drop for black Friday deals.

United States of AmericaThe exterior of the buildings are a bit depressing. The mini golf course is just a dilapidated area of putting greens bricks. It is very dark outside when you are walking from your room to the indoor pool which is located in a separate building. Even though there is designated smoking areas, people still smoke wherever they wish. Our room was very nice except for the carpet. We did not want to walk on it with bare feet. They are dirty and heavily stained. I do understand that it is pet friendly but the carpets could use a deep cleaning on a regular basis. The water in the showers gets scalding hot and it is very difficult to dial in a comfortable temperature. There was a blood stain on one of the comforters as well as a dirty towel left at a sink with a foreign substance on it. The parking was a bit of a problem but not a dealbreaker. The lot filled up quick so finding a spot where they won’t tow you can be an issue.
The location is great. It’s only a 5 minute drive into downtown North Conway. The room was well appointed and modern. It was a pleasant surprise after seeing the exterior of the building.
