Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No cups or silverware. Could have been a little clearer. I found some dead French fries, near the table by the bed.
I loved the smell of the roses around the rooms.

The bath area could have been a bit more tidy.
Location was perfect for us. The breakfast was very nice and more than we expected. Manager was friendly and helpful.

Very nice, large and clean room. The accommodation has a lovely pool and garden. Breakfast was simple and good. The staff is very nice and friendly. Parking is secured. We would have stayed for more days.

The bathroom lights did not work in the first room we were given. When I called the front desk via the room phone, it didn't work. Walked to the front desk and the night desk person upgraded us, which was fine in the end. Rooms were a bit too cool at night, so we raised the thermostat but that didn't seem to do anything. We found extra blankets in the closet, so slept fine.
Hotel worked perfectly fine for the one night we stayed. Parking was free and easy to find, close to the rooms. The rooms are huge - very spacious. Decently clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the fruit trees and garden. Wish we had more time to check out the pool. Breakfast had great variety and was quite plentiful - great value. Met many nice travelers in the lobby / dining area. We traveled with family who had their own room and they were satisfied with the hotel. The older man who checked us in in the evening and who was there the following morning for breakfast was very kind and friendly. We would definitely return.

Very grateful to staff, my husband accidentally left his gold wedding ring in room and when we find out an hour later we informed the staff and they immediately find it and kept it safely until we went back.

Bit dated. Room needs redo, new wall papering, repairing of some small broken components. Our heating could not be adjusted and remained at 65 the entire time we were there, even after manager help. Breakfast was served with very cold sausages. And there was no hot water for tea.
Bed was firm and very comfortable. Room was large. Landscaping around the facility was the best feature. Lovely beds of roses and tropical plants. Night manager was very attentive and nice. Given covered parking on a raining night. Great waffle maker with hot honey as option for syrup.

The smell of all the blooming trees and flowers was just stunning! Felt like somewhere in mediteranian. The gentleman on the reception was the kindest person we've met on our 14 days road trip. The room was big and nicely set, the kingsize bed was amazing and the pillows? Omg I want to take them home! We had a best sleep in this hotel, thank you! The Price was also the best comparing the quality. The breakfast was pretty special too, you can make yourself a fresh waffle with syrup, butter or jam, there were some sausages, toasts, bagels, yoghurts, fresh fruits... Best breakfast we had.

Great choice to stay in if you're traveling through Fresno. Close to freeway off ramp. Motel is literally next door to the Forestiere Underground Gardens, which sadly was closed when we stayed. Free onsite parking. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Friendly and welcoming staff. Decent breakfast selection (much better than we've experienced at equivalent motels). You can tell that the owners take pride in assuring that their guests have a good stay.
