Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

When I arrived at the hotel the informed me that there would be a 100.00 deposit on the room for any thing that was taken from the room. This was 6 days ago and I am still waiting for the refund of the 100.00
The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The breakfast.
The breakfast was never ready when it was supposed to be. The biscuits, eggs, sausage and potatoes would be put out at different times instead of all being ready at the same time.

we came to eat 30 min till Breakfast was over and still not much room to sit down. There was a school there with kids just sitting at tables talking. And pool was over ran by kids.

If free breakfast , and tv is important to you - both of these are slightly lacking
It was easy to maneuver . Close enough to attractions to get to easily, but far enough away to not feel rushed Staff was friendly and efficient

Building 2 seemed remote, not easily assessable to work out room. Heading to another building for breakfast.

The breakfast was probably the worst we’ve ever had at a hotel. The selection was slim and the English muffins tasted like plastic and there was only jelly and butter instead of cream cheese. But that’s a minor thing and won’t change if we stay again. The pool was nice but there was some algae type stuff and mold in a few places on the side that was concerning.
The location is great. The rooms were very clean. The staff was super nice and handled anything we needed during our stay.

the bed was really hard
we liked how the rooms were accessed on the inside (outside access makes me feel unsafe) the staff were friendly & made checking in & out easy the room/bathroom was nice & clean (we liked how there was a small sink right outside the bathroom, and then a bigger sink with amenities on the inside of the bathroom we enjoyed taking showers there ... the water never went cold

There are two buildings. Building 1 was super clean and updated, building 2 was clean just obviously more dated. Our room smelled kinda musty, but we were pretty close to the pool so that’s to be expected
It was a great location for us! It was right near everything we like to do and close to Walmart, it was clean and updated

Bathroom was tiny. The door almost hit the toilet when we opened and closed it. Breakfast was okay, but not great. I would add yogurt, granola, bananas, apples, blueberries, and have a stack of pancakes pre-made. The pancake machine took forever.

Key fob didn’t work going into our building. Had to wait on someone from the inside to walk out to let you in. Our rooms were much smaller than the pictures online made it look. Hardly and water pressure in my room but the other family we were with had too much.
Excellent location. Just off the main highway. Hotel was very clean inside and out. AC worked great.
