Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI used booking.com but was unable to find out what the hotels deposit for the room would be. This would be extremely handy informstion for a broke traveler.
The room i got was connected to a very loud family. They moved me to a quiet room in seconds with apologies. A fridge to keep my food cold, microwave, coffee maker (single serve), and a very comfy bed.

United States of AmericaHad to wait awhile for restaurants to open. Should have sandwiches or frozen pizza that we can buy. It was early enough that I would have gone to dinner later.
I ate at Baileys pub and enjoyed the entertainment and Fireplace. I skipped the breakfast at $15.00 and parking is $14.00 per night. So the room was reasonable but the extra charges were not.

United States of AmericaWe were given a connecting room, and we could hear the people in the other room talking all the time and noise was easily heard from the hall as well. Put in better doors to alleviate the noise. There is a mirror behind the TV cabinet - why? It's not usable. Move it to over the microwave perhaps. I don't like that we have to pay for parking when we aren't guaranteed a convenient spot. I think paying guests should have parking that is designated and not just open to anyone who comes into the bar, as they have free parking, but we didn't. What is the point of paying for parking? Just so the hotel can make more money without adding anything for the guest? And the charge was way too high.
Room was very nice bed was a little too firm. Bathroom was nice. We love the bar downstairs although we didn't use it this visit. The lobby area is very inviting and it's great that there is a pool and a hot tub.

United States of AmericaI called the week before to change my room from a single bed to double beds, when we went to check in, they had not done that so our room was not ready. We were told we would be called when it was, but didn’t. Just felt like they weren’t apologetic about the mix up. Beds are too small for 2 people to sleep in. Breakfast should be included, way over priced continental breakfast! $14/ day for parking is ridiculous, this too should be included in your rooms. The restaurant was out of a lot of food. The waitstaff was very nice, she made it worth it and karaoke was fun. This would not have been my choice but stayed where our friends were staying out of convenience. It was nice, but next time we may choose a place that has parking and breakfast included.
Close to the highway and the things we needed to do while in Grand Junction.

United States of AmericaStill have a problem with paying extra for parking. Maybe try putting signage up stating that if you don't have the yellow sign with the valid dates for your stay that you will be towed at your on expense!!
We just like most everything about the place.

United States of AmericaDown fall is the bar, its great until you want to sleep. People are loud, drunk and rude. Outside with their monocycles and loud cars. The room had a food smell to it but there is a restaurant down stair so you get what you pay for.
The hotel room was good. clean and the bed are comfy. The staff members were nice. The pool was pretty decent if you can have the parents tell their kids to chill out since it is a indoor pool everything echo's. Not really something the hotel can fix but just a fyi for people with no kids.

United States of AmericaThe parking lot. It was almost full. A few trucks took over 5 to 6 spots. Had to park in the back and walk all the way around. Only 1 access to door.
It was fast and easy to checkin.

United States of AmericaThe hallway smelled like Marijuana, people were running around after midnight. The $14 per night for parking is ridiculous. There is only one entrance so if you have to park in the back you have to trudge around to the front to get in. Also the windows in the rooms don't open, so no fresh air. The breakfast was expensive and if you wanted meat it was overly expensive.
The room was great, a little outdated but clean and comfortable.
