Beds and pillows were not really comfortable, no housekeeping service (requested towels and they never showed up), pool towels at front desk (a block away from the pool), buffet breakfast in lodge ($20 adults/$15 kids 5 and up) only meh for cost.

Toilet light was not working and took quite long for maintenance to fix. Rooms are dimly lit. Requested for late checkout to settle kids but was denied (although resort was not full).

Easy access to slopes. Discounted tickets off ski passes, decent beginners slope. Room was fairly spacious and heating was good.

My room keys had to get fixed the 1st night and the 2nd night the room keys werent working i went to get them fixed and the lobby was closed at 6:30pm. I had to call and wait for some one from maintenance to let us in with his card and he just took ours. Also wifi username and password wasnt working that was given to me and i called the front desk for that too and was told to just use the free wifi without the password.

The hot tub and the sauna were perfect after snowboarding allday.

It was a little confusing (I arrived at night which made it a bit tougher to navigate).

I LOVED that there was a gorgeous hiking trail on the property! I enjoyed several beautiful morning runs stepping right outside my bedroom.

The pool and tennis courts needed a little maintenance and manicuring.

Our dining in the lodge was a great experience. The staff was very pleasant and seemed to care whether or not we enjoyed their food and drinks. They were happy to conversation and share stories. The bartender was awesome!

That it felt like a small flat as you enter there are other rooms. Just make sure you look at the door your opening haha. Not really a big deal though.

The proximity to Treetop, it was close drive to downtown approx 10 or 15 min. There was a mini fridge, free coffee and microwave in the room. Lots of closet space and there was also a balcony. Their restaurant had a nice ambience also. Would recommend this place.

We had originally been placed in a studio based on my reservation. The studio was nice, my complaint was there was no air and the fans where out of control noisy. The beds in our room were small. A friend paid quite a bit less and received a large 2 bedroom type studio that was awesome. Still no air but was a really nice space! I would consider booking one of these rooms. Believe they're called the standard studio. After sending an email at 2:00 a.m. frustrated because I couldn't sleep due to the noisy fans and heat, and pointing How I paid $300 more for the weekend then my friends received a larger room. The manager made it right by offering us one if the best places in the hotel.

The staff made it right! Major kiddos to them. What started as a semi- disappointing trip turned out to be amazing because the staff listened to my concerns /complaint and made it right by offering us an awesome townhouse to finish our last night. We will definitely consider staying in a townhouse again.

Bed was comfortable. This place has a restaurant on the premises so that was nice. Food was great. I would recommend making reservations on the property’s site versus Booking.com I could have saved $60.

We came for my husband’s birthday. I asked them to call me and arrange a surprise something in the room for that. They never did. I booked a king deluxe room. When we were given the room it had two beds. We had to drive back down to the lodge to change the keys. Went to the new room and it was not as nice as the other one even though I paid for a deluxe room and the keys didn’t work. The staff at the front is a joke. They were unprofessional and had no interest in helping us. When you spend close to $300 for a room for one night the expectation is higher than the experience we received.

For what it is, it’s great. If I had to nitpick, breakfast could be better.

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered were friendly and courteous. Morale must bye high among staff. Lots of families with young children like ours.
