That the had the same breakfast for 2 days and last day most people were checking out then I finally saw sausage meat🤔 Why wasn't this brought out 2 days ago?

Like place looked freshly cleaned, staff stay on that and it wasn't far from the convention center I needed to go too.

I like my bed a little softer. I thought the one I slept in was a bit too firm.

Breakfast was nice. They had a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. You could also make your own waffles.

Accommodations/Special Request- I asked for extra cleaning, pillows, towels and sheets and A/C needed. The employees fulfilled all of my requests before we arrived. That was so helpful! They even turned on the AC for me with a descent Temperature. Stayed in communication with me as well via booking. 👏🏾👍🏾🤝🏾 Breakfast- they had my favorite yogurts it wasn’t just plain yogurt. Keep them Vanilla waffles on the menu they’re so delicious and I don’t even eat waffles like that! Also, the omelets tasted quite cheesy on the inside which tasted so good. Huge cafeteria space. Interior Design- We got the King Suite with the sofa bed. Affordable too. Everything’s in my favorite color, it was like it was made for me lol I love the cabinets covering the refrigerator and A/C. It makes the room look even more neat and beautiful than it already is. Perfect blend. 👌🏾 Hallways- Smelled so nice! Clean walk through. Favorite color all up and through. Painting are wonderful to see. Elevators worked good, I just didn’t like some of the guests coming in and out of them. Lbvs Room table- Loved the small table that’s by the sofa bed. I was able to use it for decor. Something small and cute. 😊 Overall experience was great! Was only there for a night but I hope to come back again. Please keep up the good work. Just because people are seeking for an affordable hotel doesn’t mean customers should be treated with little to no respect. Treat any space that you’re in like it’s your own home! Especially if you’re a clean person with excellent hospitality skills. That’s how I am at work and with the results of Hampton, seems like we value the same thing. Keep it up!

The shuttle got us to the airport despite a protest blocking the highway.

The area is mixed commercial so more of an industrial area. Not a walkable area. USBs not working for recharge was frustrating but being addressed.

It charged me $75 for a small dog, which didn’t leave any stains. We only stayed in the room for 8 hours.

The pillows were not fluffy and thin.

Property was very clean and it smelt clean. The room was beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. The pillows were decent. Overall, it was a great stay in the room and the staff being super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very mid but that’s okay, gets the job done. Oh! And the pool was spacious, a little cold but had fun.
