I didn't like the fact the shower was clog. The Water slowly went down as I was taking a shower.

The noise only, but as I wrote above it was not too much of a problem.

Shuttle Service and included breakfast are real plus, the room was on the street side. Therefore, it was kind of noisy, but could sleep without too much problem.

We would have liked a lock on the bathroom door. Also, as we were travelling into Boston in the day it would have been even better if there was a shuttle option that took us straight into town so we didn't need to get on the metro as well.

We weren't flying from the airport, so the location was a little to tricky to get to at first from Boston. However, once we were checked in, we loved the regular and reliable shuttle service, and the room itself was lovely!

The shuttle service. Was unreliable and not well communicated. Not told prior to arrival, so paid for Uber? Despite several attempts to call at train station for collection, they either didn't answer at the hotel, hung up, or then took over an hour on two occasions to arrive.

The coffee was good. The room size was great. The breakfast, although very busy and we struggled to get a seat at times, it had a good variety. But when you ask three different members of staff if breakfast will start earlier on Marathon day to be told 3 different times. This is frustrating and annoying and not great for runners' prep. So future going forward, please have one time and communicate.

Its a Good Hotel for value for money, of course, being near to the airport area its a quiet neighborhood. They are swift in service, have a good airport shuttle and are near the subway to access the city.

I relay enjoyed breakfast with lot's of options to choose from. The breakfast area was very tidy and clean. I have enjoyed the option that I was able to eat warm breakfast vs just having coffee with muffin.

It was in a weird area with not much around, the door on the side wasn’t locked so anyone could walk in and think it’s ridiculous to have to pay an extra $20 a night for parking. If I’m spending the night the parking should be included or stated somewhere that it’s not.

The check-in area is a bit cramped. There were many people and their luggage all in the same space trying to do the same thing. Service was quick enough that everyone was through in a reasonable amount of time. There was also a water leak in the main hallway to the elevators. This was also right outside the breakfast area so everyone walked through (around) it daily. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is very industrial and not conducive to taking a short walk to a bar or restaurant. The road is on is wide and busy, so your best bet is to get an Uber/Lyft to go where you like.

Its location near the airport was convenient. We took an Uber from the airport and it was inexpensive and quick. The hotel was easy to spot from a distance. It was good to see airline crew checking in at the same time. If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me. They were kind enough to hold our luggage (for free!) while we explored the city after check-out on our last day.

Nothing further to add

Great for our first night in Boston and was great value for money. Went into the city for the next few nights but was a great first start. Nice gym facility that I needed for the marathon.
