Kitchen area needed more room for breakfast guests and another waffle maker. There was only one and it was popular.

I’ve location for MA mutual center. Staff was very helpful at check in but check out 1 older man was a bit un interested. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Hot breakfast was fantastic.

The police car at the entrance as we walked up, with the police out of the car discussing a search they did. The front desk staff was professional and courteous with the explanation that the police do a routine patrol of the parking lot to check the cars. I could have left but we already paid over $200 for the room and figured if the cops were already there, not likely to have anything bad happen again. Breakfast was crowded, ran out of fruit loops and maple syrup.

They should provide a free bottle of water in the room. Especially when the travellers is tried, and needs a drink of water.

The hotel was off the Interste hihway and easy to access it. The hotel had a decent breakfast, and room was clean.

The room was just a little small since we got the King sized bed but other than that it was just fine.

The breakfast was good and I was happy to be able to eat something since I have trouble with gluten. The room was clean and comfortable. We normally had stayed at a discount chain nearby but the last time we were there it just didn't seem very clean so I was glad to make the change.

It was very loud in our room we were right across from the laundry room and so close to the lobby that we could hear everyone talking or passing through or coming in and we could hear all the slamming from the laundry room across the way. The hot water would not stay hot. The pump on our shampoo was broken. There was no mention of the $50 incidental charge hold until we arrived at the hotel which is only bed because if I had came with no money I wouldn’t have been able to pay it since they took it out before we even left the hotel and I didn’t know they were going to ask for that. It wasn’t in booking details nor in any of the numerous confirmation emails I was sent.

It was an easy check in and checkout. When we asked for extra towels or new sheets they gave it to us in a very timely manner. It was very close to the Aldi's plaza and near a Dunkin so we got snacks or breakfast when we wanted.

The property seemed outdated and not to fit the Hampton Inn brand, given hotels where we've stayed before. If we'd known, we would have paid more money to stay elsewhere. But this hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly, which is what matters in the end.

The staff at check in and check out were really nice. They greatly improved the stay experience. We were driving in a rainstorm and booked the reservation like 10 minutes before we arrived and then left at like 6 am the next morning on Thanksgiving weekend. I assume it was a hectic time for staff, but they were very welcoming and friendly.

The condition of the breakfast area. I lost my appetite seeing eggs all over the garbage, And I don't think the juice dispenser was located conveniently. In the room the toilet wasted too much water.

We were on the highway side of the hotel and the road noise did intrude into the room. Checkin was a little odd, the lady that checked us in seemed to have a problem speaking, which as non-americans made everything harder and take ages, the gentleman next to her could have rescued the situation, yet watched in apparent amusement...

Standard business/work Hotel/Motel just off the highway for an overnight with standard self serve breakfast in the morning available from early to late. Room clean and tidy as expected.

The only negative thing I have to say is this, the $50.00 that this hotel took to hold, I have NOT yet received it back! I have been calling, and still my money has not been released! The hotel overall was satisfactory. However, I will NEVER stay there again!

The only disappointment was the row of maid's carts along the hallway on the way to our room. They were outside the hotel's laundry room and made it difficult to walk through the hallway and they were unsightly as well.

Hallway corridors were loud and you could hear full conversations through the closed doors. Rooms a bit smaller than we are used to - but clean and nice for an overnight stay while traveling.

Location was good, breakfast was good - since we were traveling it saved another stop on our trip - able to grab some food and get moving - always a plus for us. For the price you, you really get what you pay for. I was disappointed with the quality of our room. There were no closets, everything was outdated, and the walls were extremely thin.
