I think that the pool towels could be a little bigger. But it's not a deal breaker for staying there again.

The breakfast was good. I liked the variety. The kids were happy with it. The staff that I interacted with was friendly and professional. The location was perfect for us and our stay.

Aside from the guests that were making noise loudly the 2 night we stayed.

The breakfast on Saturday was excellent, but I didn't really enjoy the one on Sunday because I don't like scramble omelet,but there were lot of varieties. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay

Size was perfect and my wife loved the little nite light in the bathroom, wish all hotels did that especially for us old folks who use the bathroom during the night.

We loved the visit but lost one day, my wife got very sick and we had to leave one day early. shame we couldn't use that extra day at another time.

My Fiancée and I had a really nice stay! Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and had plenty of choices! The only downside was using the pool. We booked this hotel because of the pool. We went to use the pool around 8:30ish on Saturday night, and there were people there naturally. We all were fine and having fun, but then a large group came in. They immediately started taking over everything and turned on loud music. We watched them carry at least 2 huge cases of beer into the pool area as well. They were extremely loud and rough housing around the pool. When they started shoving each other and fighting each other into the pool, we left because we did not feel safe. We also caught one of the younger men in the group, midteens I am guessing. Trying to sneak pictures of myself and my fiancée in together in our bathingsuits. It was honestly awful, and we were so bummed

The refrigerator started to get so cold that things froze in it. The ladies at the front desk, when I told them about my problem getting WiFi on my computer, were dismissive.

The room was fairly quiet and the bed was comfortable. The gentleman who checked me in and was there at other times was helpful and pleasantly friendly. He helped me figure out the reason I had trouble getting Wifi on my computer. (A security setting.)

The check-in/out process was easy. The front desk staff (Brian & Pamela) were both friendly and professional. The room was clean, and they honored my request to be placed on a certain floor. The hot breakfast was decent. The make your own waffle bar was a hit for the family. Facilities were clean, and you could see staff cleaning throughout the day. I read a review that the barn doors over the room bathroom served dual purposes as the closet door. It was a strange setup but not anything that would deter my stay. I was the only family member who even noticed. The location is perfect since the hotel is only 10 min from the beach. This is a family-friendly hotel. We would stay again and would recommend it to others.

It was pet friendly and there was a dog on our floor who literally barked the entire night. It was really tough trying to get my son to sleep.
